Аннотация
In the nuclear power engineering, methods of detecting anomalies, failures and diagnostics, as well as systems of information support of operators in the order of improving the safety and reliability of the operation play an increasing role. A task that is solving within the information support system is the task of calculating technical and economic indexes and its connection with the assurance of the normal operation mode of nuclear power plants. The technical and economic indexes characterize the efficiency, faultless, and durability of the power equipment in its operation process. By the information task of calculating the technical and economic indexes, objective information on the technological processes run efficiency, and actual power equipment is obtaining. Conditions of optimal NPP performance are determining in the process of its technical and economic indexes analysis. So, the analysis of these indexes is one of the most important tasks of the NPP APCS. The information task of calculating the technical and economic indexes in the realtime by the intelligent data analysis and models of predicting the risk potential of the critical infrastructure will enable one to prevent approaching the technological process to critical modes.

The development of super-heavy oil and bitumen fields using steam-gravity drainage technology (SAGD) involves the use of two horizontal wells located one above the other. The upper well is used to inject steam and create a high-temperature steam chamber in the formation where the vapor condenses and, together with the heated oil, flows down to the lower pipe of the production well. The complexity of monitoring the parameters of the steam chamber (pressure and temperature along the well) makes it difficult to control the production process; the control parameters are the temperature of the supplied steam, the rate of pumping out the water-oil mixture, etc. For decision-making, it is necessary to have an idea of evolution of the steam chamber, the amount of oil inflow into the producing well, the reserves of raw materials that can be extracted by this method, etc. On the same basis, the problem of rational distribution of wells on the surface can be solved. For this problem, the control parameters at the design stage are the characteristics of the geometric distribution of the wells. The paper presents a mathematical model of SAGD, which takes into account the three-phase nature of the process and its nonstationarity.

Аннотация
We study the behavior of the soliton that encounters a barrier with dissipation while moving in a nondissipative medium. We use the Korteweg–de Vries–Burgers equation to model this situation. The modeling includes the case of a finite dissipative layer similar to a wave passing through air–glass–air and also a wave passing from a nondissipative layer into a dissipative layer (similar to light passing from air to water). The dissipation predictably reduces the soliton amplitude/velocity. Other effects also occur in the case of a finite barrier in the soliton path: after the wave leaves the dissipative barrier, it retains the soliton form, but a reflection wave arises as small and quasiharmonic oscillations (a breather). The breather propagates faster than the soliton passing through the barrier.

Аннотация
We consider the problem to find conditions, ensuring a required consensus of the agents’ beliefs about some situation parameter under a given structure of their interactions. We present the complete solution of this problem, showing that the desired weights of interactions can be calculated without the agents’ knowledge about the whole structure of the network-it suffices to use the local information about an agent and his neighbors.

Аннотация
Within the framework of the block approach, we propose a solution for a set of tasks for controlling a steam generator, i.e., a turbine unit under parametric uncertainty of the control object model, under the action of external uncontrolled disturbances and under incomplete measurements of the state vector. The feasibility of developed control algorithms has been confirmed by a simulation study in the Matlab–Simulink environment.

We identify the main stages of intelligent analysis of the pulse signal of the radial artery, used to obtain a set of informative parameters in medical diagnostic problems for various diseases. We show the results of expert and formalized classifications of the parameters of the analyzed signal, including the parameters of the shape of the pulse wave within the main quasiperiod and parameters that determine the rhythmic structure of the signal. We develop a multi-stage scheme for obtaining a set of informative parameters of the pulse signal that allows to take into account their characteristic features. The effectiveness of the developed approaches is demonstrated with the example of the problem of diagnosing early stages of arterial hypertension.

In this paper, we establish new sufficient conditions for the optimality of lump-sum and compensatory incentive schemes (contracts) under stochastic uncertainty. In addition, we suggest and analyze dynamical models of principal’s and agents’ adaptation to changes in statistical characteristics of an external environment.

Features of estimates of quantitative indices of the products are given in this article.
