Аннотация
The paper considers the optimal control of a large number of reflexive agents in analytical form through the simplification of the criterion and the rules for changing the multiple structures of agent awareness. The artificiality of the social network of agents is manifested in the ability of the managing center to manage the structure of this network.

Grid methods of investigation of dynamic stochastic systems using simulation models allow to successfully applying the methods of identification theory to describe the region of efficiency of the system under investigation. Within this region, the values of quality indices are better than in other region. The process of selection of identification algorithm is not formalized. Depending on the task, the set of criteria by which the algorithms are elected, may be different. The method of algorithm selection by several criteria is proposed in the article

Аннотация
System-wide problems were arising from the heterogeneity and strong-connectedness of the global computer environment (GCE), including computer aspects of the sustainability of social systems, are analyzed. The reasons for the integration’s complexity of the heterogeneous GCE that complicate the creation of large-scale distributed and supercomputers environments are considered. The ways of removing barriers of complexity are indicated. The universal algorithmic space of distributed and parallel computing in the GCE with the new hardware component in the form of one-chip network computer with nonmicroprocessor and highly parallel architecture are presented.

Аннотация
In this article, we investigated the effectiveness of the communication factor on the number of collisions in a crowd of autonomous mobile robots. The proposed method allows locating the message senders based on network models of local positioning. Developed software simulator implements described algorithms of robot movement model. The results of performed simulation experiments confirm the usefulness of our method.

Аннотация
In this paper, we develop a new metric to measure the echo chamber effect in online social networks for a particular topic. Unlike previous approaches, our one does not require the knowledge of users’ opinions towards the fixed issue. Once information sources that spread relevant content in a social network are determined as well as their positions, our metric generates a value unambiguously. Changing from null to one, it increases as long as the level of informational separateness is on the rise. We discuss the problem of the metric calculation in the case of the social network Vkontakte. Considering attitude towards the Russian government as a topic, after empirical data processing we obtain the value of 0.802 that evidences the sufficiently high level of information separation among Vkontakte users.

The approach to complex automation of patrolling of the territory is proposed. The generalized structural scheme of a complex of hardware-software means for solving the task of patrolling with the use of autonomous mobile robots is considered. The main requirements to the functionality of individual robotic agents and the principles of building the infrastructure subsystems of the complex are considered.

Аннотация
The problems of increasing the accuracy of the measured parameters in large-scale information control systems are considered. It is shown that the use of additional measurement channels and additional indirect indicators can improve the accuracy of the measured values and estimates of the parameters of the mathematical models of the investigated system. The use of additional indirect indicators allows reducing the size of the system and the number of measuring equipment, without lowering the accuracy of measured parameters and technical and economic indicators.

In this paper, we propose a universal non-iterative method, which minimizes the integral quadratic criterion. We discuss the application of this method to a cascade two-loop control system and a two-loop control system with a differentiator. We also present several computer programs, which could easily be used by practitioners.

Аннотация
In the conditions of digital transformation the aspects of changing the rules of the game, breakthrough and disruptive management acquire special urgency. Attention is focused on the issues of promptness of collective decisions making by a distribution of participants and in the condition of the uncertainty of the situation. The aspects of expert participation play a special role. Priority is given to sociohumanitarian and cognitive components in management. It is noted that the complexity of the semantics of the models generated by taking into account these components is tens of times higher (the cardinal number) of the complexity of traditional semantics formed with the use of formalized and logical tools. In these conditions, situational development centers and methods of artificial intelligence become the main core and "end-to-end" (through) technology for ensuring strategic planning and breakthrough management. A new quality appears in the theory and practice of situational management. It requires rapid consolidation of decision-makers, ensuring synergy and convergence of collective action at all levels of government. This work reflects the features of such a breakthrough, disruptive situational management.
