Аннотация
It is shown that game theory with imperfect information «cover» the most part of the deep challenges facing blockchain technology. Various challenges of this technology are analysed and allocated main of them. For each of key challenges it is considered in what measure the answer to him is connected with need of creation of new scientific results for some sections of game theory. The conclusion is drawn that an essential part of the deep challenges of a blockchain it is possible to reduce to game-theoretic design of a situation of multiagentny interaction. In this case the consensus of users a blockchain system concerning reliability of anytransaction is established.

The article presents a typology of technology and research readiness levels, which allows to identify “stuck areas” and “gaps” that arise during the transition of scientific research from stage to stage on its way to practical application. The typology is based on the integration of the international levels of technology readiness (TRL), classification research of the “N.E. Zhukovsky Institute” Research Center, definitions presented in the draft law on science of the Russian Federation, and the author's typology of the innovative life cycle of scientific constructions

In the paper, a generalized, based on a practical experience, approach to the organization of the technical maintenance and modernization of elaborate soft- and hardware complexes of APCS/SCADA for large-scale power engineering plants, involving nuclear power plants (NPP). An analysis of features and risks under the modernization is implementing. The application domain of the approach may cover plant of power engineering, chemistry, oil industry, and other large-scale plants, where complex integrated APCS are applied, especially, within continuous operation modes.

The significance of the software quality assurance for high operational risk systems is concerned with the increasing complexity and functionality of the software of the software systems important for nuclear power plants safety. In the paper, there are considered possible consequences concerned with violations of the technological process of the software development; ways of achieving the required software quality on the basis of software verification and validation at all stages of the life-cycle; approaches to defining the quality, procedures of software quality justification, models of analysis requirements to systems in the part of the software.
