Аннотация
The model, using both econometric and expert data is developed for research the influence of a rate of refinancing on indicators of a condition of economic system. Expert data for a banking system are formalized by means of the cognitive graphs with cyclic subgraphs. Calculation of coefficients of full mutual influence of factors that allowed receiving quality standard of system impact of a rate of refinancing on the considered indicators of a banking system is given.

Аннотация
With a method of mathematical modeling the relationship of certain indicators reflecting the relationship of content quantity of choline in food, the expression level of α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the brain, as well as mass bodies of animals their intake of food and water has been studied. Based on the received model a method for optimizing the use of choline-excess diet to more fully maintain cognitive functions of the brain and other indicators of the State of the organism in brain injury has developed. The developed model allowed obtaining qualitatively new information useful to interpret the data and to deepen notions about the mechanisms of the relationship of the above processes received. The results can be used for correction of brain disorders by using choline in experimental animal models and in the clinic

Procedures of calculation of estimates of full costs of material and temporary resources when functioning complicated systems at a stage of their design are considered. When receiving estimates of influence set of a factor cost of material and temporary resources which estimates can be set as an expert way, and on the basis of the analysis of objective information is considered. Full costs are estimated by means of transitive closures of direct unit cost which is carried out by the reflexive procedures using partially linear operations over estimates. The analysis of projects on the basis of estimates of costs comes to the end with the procedure of verification of the scheme of estimation.

Models of an autonomous control mechanisms of large-scale systems are considered, knowledge degree about which is limited by the nature of the dependence of the criterion function on parameters of control, and also by the results of measurements of the operating parameters and values of criterion function. The method of calculation of parameter of a mismatch in relation to the regulator PID mechanism used for the approach of the criterion function to the optimum value and the movements near an optimal trajectory is offered. Examples of application of an autonomous control in large-scale organizational systems in the long-term period of functioning are given.

Аннотация
Theorems providing the convergence of approximate linear linear operator solutions of the original equations are provided. The obtained theorems are used to rigorously mathematically justify the possibility of numerical solution of the 3D singular integral equations of electromagnetism by the Galerkin method and the collocation method.

The key problems associated with the development of measurement and conversion technology in the direction of improving the quality of physical measurements and ensuring the metrological reliability of measuring converters (sensors) of physical quantities are considered. The paramount role of the metrological characteristics of primary transducers (sensors) in ensuring the quality of measurements is shown. A variant of using a thermal sensor in medical practice is suggested.

The development of mechanisms to prevent the emergence of abnormal and emergency situations is one of the most important tasks in creating highly reliable interactive monitoring and managing systems for complex scientific and technical objects. In many of such objects, the time between the apparent manifestation of the slipping of a controlled object into an abnormal mode and the onset of an uncontrolled development of an accident is so small that the situation can in no be rectified in any way. One way to solve the problem is operative reorganize in time the management system, namely preemptive criterial adaptation. The article analyzes several important defining aspects of the development of mechanisms for preventing the occurrence of anomalous and emergency situations. The interface of human-operator interaction and software-hardware for monitoring and managing complex dynamic objects is described. The organization of visual support of the logical analysis of the situation by the human-operator on the basis of causal mnemonic schemes is described. The main principles that should guide the creation of such support are given.
