Аннотация
The synthesis of the intelligence information and telecommunication system for the university complex safety of new generation is offered. Problems of objects reliable protection, the access control for natural persons and technical objects, the ensuring information security are solved. Technologies of the neural network and fuzzy approach, swarm intelligence, expert systems, video content analysis, simultaneous localization and mapping, fractal and wavelet analysis are used.

Аннотация
The problem of the human body localization in the video stream using the growing neural gas and feature description based on the Histograms of Oriented Gradients is solved. The original neuro-fuzzy model of growing neural gas for reinforcement learning (GNG-FIS) is used as a basis of the algorithm. The modification of GNG-FIS algorithm using two-pass training with fuzzy remarking of classes and building of a heat map is also proposed. As follows from the experiments, the index of the correct localizations of the developed classifier was 93%, that allows the use of the algorithm in real systems of situational video analytics

Thermodynamic properties of submerged jets and exact solutions of Navier – Stokes equations are discussed. We use methods of geometry of differential equations to construct new exact solutions that describe the velocity field and the distribution of temperature in the jet.

Аннотация
The report is devoted to the evaluation of the integrity of large terminological texts based on the hierarchical structuring of a network of terms with a previously unknown character of the links in this network. A method of hierarchical structuring is proposed, which, through the establishment of closed chains, makes it possible to form a set of pairs of contradictory terms. The results of the application of the method are used to determine the numerical indicators of integrity evaluation.

Аннотация
This chapter presents identification methods using associative search of analogs and wavelet analysis. It investigates the properties of data mining-based identifica- tion algorithms which allow to predict: (i) the approach of process variables to critical values and (ii) process transition to chaotic dynamics. The methods pro- posed are based on the modeling of human operator decision-making. The effec- tiveness of the methods is illustrated with an example of product quality prediction in oil refining. The development of fuzzy analogs of associative identification models is further discussed. Fuzzy approach expands the application area of asso- ciative techniques. Finally, state prediction techniques for manufacturing resources are developed on the basis of binary models and a machine learning procedure, which is named associative rules search.

The subject of the paper is the development of EMA health usage monitoring system. There is provided an application of data mining methods to develop the system. Under the scope of this work, the data analysis scheme was developed. The paper includes the presentation of the test rig which was used to give a trial of the developed approach.

The paper considers the problem of optimal robust design in the presence of input parameters with epistemic uncertainty, which is modeled as uncertain variables in the theory of uncertainty Liu. The models of optimal robust design for solving these problems are presented. The application of models is demonstrated on the problem of optimal robust design of the propulsion parameters for maneuverable.

Аннотация
The article considers the Global Value Chains (GVCs) methodological issues and quantify of Russia’s participation in GVCs. The theoretical frameworks and an overview of the literature are given. Special attention is given to the Leontief’ input-output tables, World Input-Output Database (WIOD), and introduced by authors indicator called “index of production participation The article summarizes assessment of trade in intermediate goods of the Russian manufacturing and international value-added chains of its sectors. The authors give their own vision of the Russian place in intermediate goods trade. It is shown that intermediate goods represents more about half the volume of world merchandise trade. The usefulness by the authors’ developed model is illustrated by applying it to intermediate goods of Russian manufacturing exports. Analytical and numerical results are presented. A quantitative assessment of Russia’ participation in GVCs based on the model are discussed.

The report analyzes the existing solutions for the problem of detection of the point contamination source coordinates using a group of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in the case of accidental emissions, and also compares the UAV group control models by constructing a mathematical theory of experiment planning and using the ant algorithm. Mathematical models of data processing are considered.

Аннотация
The method of choice the control parameters of complex system based on estimates of the risks is proposed. The procedure of calculating the estimates of risks intended for a choice of rational managing directors of influences by allocation of the group of the operating factors for the set criteria factor is considered. The purpose of choice of control parameters of complex system is minimization of an estimate of risk of functioning of the system by mean of solution of a problem of search of an extremum of function of many variables. The example of a choice of the operating factors in the sphere of intangible assets is given.
