Аннотация
This paper demonstrates possible uses of deep neural networks for estimating Lyapunov exponents in discrete dynamic systems from their observable trajectories in the ex-tended state space. We have studied the functional mechanisms of using deep neural networks in said application. The proposed approach has been tested in simulations with different topologies and attractor complexities. The study shows that our analyzer can be used to investigate the structure of time series.

Аннотация
The fitness verification problem of the forerunners of financial crises based on historical data with the econometric methods is considered. This analysis of the presence of the forerunners, and the events that are highlighted by leading economists as forerunners (predictions) and attributes of crisis an analysis was made on the example of the South Asian financial crisis of 1997-1998, for the group of countries.

The paper reviews some methods for improving automation systems of production laboratories in processing industries, which considerably improve the accuracy of monitoring and predicting qualitative indicators of production material, allowing keep track of their statistical controllability within time slots between adjacent laboratory analyzes.

Railway network is the large-scale logistics network. Logistics management for the large-scale railway network is a very complicated problem. If the rail system owns by the one owner or it is managed by the single unified operator, then there exists the problem of network design and decomposition into some local subnets or territorial zones. Decomposition needs to be performed for operations optimization. Railway territorial zones can be managed and serviced by the separate management centers. This paper examines the decomposition design problem for the large-scale railway network. A network with one input and multiple outputs is considered. Decomposition is performed along the main lines. Optimality criterion for decomposition problem is presented. The problem of optimal points finding for railway network decomposition along each main line is solved analytically for the given criteria.

Health and quality of life problems are considered from the perspective of systems analysis and classic theory of automatic control. The need is demonstrated of joint activities of the State and the citizen as two main controllers in a personal health control loop, that ensure a maximal possible level of personal health and citizen’s responsibility for the outcome.

A semiotic approach in the modeling of complex ill-defined systems, based on the description of the system in syntactic, semantic and pragmatic aspects is considered. The formulation of the decision-making problem in the conditions of structural and parametric uncertainty of the system based on the semiotic approach and the algorithm for its solution are given.

Аннотация
During operation of the induction electric drive, its parameters included in the description of the mathematical model can change significantly. These processes involve heating of squirrel cage windings of the rotor, the saturation of the magnetic circuits of the rotor and the stator, and changes the given moment of inertia. The article considers the problem of tracking for a given angular velocity of the rotor under conditions of the uncertainty of parameters of the mathematical model, describing the behavior of the electric motor, and influence of uncontrolled external disturbances. The using of nonlinear discontinuous control law provides exponential convergence of tracking error to zero.
