Аннотация
The solution of the tracking problem for given pressure at the steam generator output under the action of external disturbances, parametric uncertainty and in the absence of complete information on the state vector of the control plant is proposed. The basis is the representation of the control object model in the form of an input-output representation, the synthesis of special state observers and perturbations, and the synthesis of feedbacks in the framework of methods of systems with deep feedbacks.

Aerial vehicles are a trending topic amid engineers and scientists. With the advent of drones and multicopters, they strenuously began to study the control of such aircrafts, not only in normal flight mode, but also in the case of troubles. For example, if quadcopter has two symmetric faulty motors it is called a as bispinner [5]. Bispinner is an example of a new type of aircraft, the main feature of which is the continuous rotation around the vertical axis. The prefix in the name of the aircraft indicates the number of propellers in the aircraft. The appearance of aircraft of this type has put forward new requirements of safety when debugging control algorithms at the initial stage, because between the takeoff and the crush landing of such an aircraft with no proper control takes very little time. The use of simulators and plants can significantly reduce the risks of falling aircraft. Therefore, to study a tree-degree-of-freedom (3DOF) bispinner with shifted center of mass may be a promising start, as it is relatively simpler than 6DOF heavy quadcopter with two symmetric faulty motors.

Аннотация
In this work, we simulate the motion of a quadcopter when two symmetric propellers fail and the full thrust is gradually decreasing on each of the remaining propellers. Applying a control obtained in standard mode leads to the flying vehicle falling down. We pose and solve the problem of synthesizing a bounded control law that lets one land the flying vehicle. We consider numerical modeling problems that arise in the implementation of the proposed mathematical model of a quadcopter.

Аннотация
In this paper, we present a fast algorithm of time synchronization between User Equipment (UE) and Base Station (BS) which is suitable for Long Term Evolution (LTE) Random Access Channel (RACH). The algorithm reduces the complexity more than 1.5 times. Further, if the SNR is above a threshold, the algorithm allows to extremely reduce the complexity of synchronization more than 3 times. The presented method uses the sparse nature of a time synchronization problem, where the spike of a cross-correlation between received signal and local RACH preamble indicates correct time delay.

Аннотация
Over the last years, there is a deep interest in the analysis of different communities and complex networks. The problem of identification of key elements and the most important connections in such networks is one of the main areas of research. However, the growth of sizes of real networks as well as their heterogeneity makes the problem both important and problematic. The application of short-range and long-range interaction centrality (SRIC and LRIC correspondingly) indices can be used to solve the problem since they take into account different important aspects such as individual properties of nodes, the possibility of their group influence and topological structure of the whole network. However, the computational complexity of such indices needs a further consideration. Thus, our main focus is on the performance of SRIC and LRIC indices. As a result, we proposed several modes how to decrease their computational complexity of the indices. The runtime comparison of the sequential and parallel computation of the proposed models is also given.

The article considers the problem of mixed control of an unmanned aerial vehicle with aerodynamic and reactive controls. The main criterions of formation mixed control are formulated and generalized estimate of efficiency reactive control channel functioning in tasks of damping oscillation processes caused by nonlinear characteristics in the aerodynamic control channel is given.

We analyze a heterogeneity of the educational system on the basis of one parameter: input grades of university students. We propose a mathematical model based on the construction of universities’ interval order. We use the Hamming distance to evaluate the heterogeneity of the educational system, and the Unified State Examination (USE) scores of Russian students to illustrate the application of the model. We show that institutions taking weak students turn the whole system of universities into a poorly structured nonhomogeneous system. In contrast, after deleting the weakest part, the remaining set of universities becomes a well-structured system.

In this work, Krasnoshchekov’s model, which describes the behavior of people in a community under social and informational influences, is generalized to include the case of a system with a sophisticated structure of social interaction. In particular, the situation when an isolated group of people is formed who are not familiar with the rest of the community, which corresponds to a decomposable matrix of social interactions, is studied. The conditions for the solution of the system of equations describing the behavior of such a community to exist and be unique are considered. The problem of finding the relation between Krasnoshchekov’s and De Groot’s models is solved. The way this matrix of social interactions and the social independence of individuals affect the structure of the solution of this system, which describes in particularl how beliefs spread among people, is studied.
