A method is developed for predicting the sorption parameters of polymers (the infinite dilution solubility coefficient of gases S and the Henry law equilibrium constant k D of double sorption models) of most light gases in glassy polymers on the basis of a computer model of a polymer chain segment. From the molecular dynamic model of conformations of a short (about 200–600 atoms) segment of the polymer chain, the dependences of a number of geometric indices, such as the accessible surface area and the accessible surface area with a positive partial charge, on the probe radius (in fact, on the effective radius of penetrant or sorbate) are calculated. The linear approximation coefficients of these dependences are used as explanatory variables in multiple linear regression. Significant variables and their weights in regression are determined on the basis of experimental measurements from the Database of Physicochemical Properties of Polymers of the Laboratory of Membrane Gas Separation at the Institute of Petrochemical Synthesis, Russian Academy of Sciences. By using a more accurate algorithm for calculating the areas of macromolecules, the shortcomings of the first version of this method are eliminated. For S, the coefficient of regression determination (adjusted R 2 ) on the test sample is equal to 0.8 (this corresponds to an average relative error of 77% in predicting S, which is considered good accuracy), and for k D , the coefficient of determination is 0.81 and the average relative error is 47%, which is also a good result considering large (up to decimal order) errors of the experimental measurements of S and k D .

Аннотация
In this paper, the model of collective conformity behavior proposed in [6] and originally motivated by M. Granovetter [7] is investigated. The probabilistic foundations of the model are considered at the micro level. The model properties are studied in the case when the number of agents tends to infinity, with derivation of the transfer equation. Finally, it is established that the system trajectories coincide with the ones of an isolated Hamiltonian system.

In this paper, asymmetric regular resource networks with several attractor vertices are considered. It is demonstrated that the resource surplus ΔW = W - T above a threshold value W = T has the same allocation in such a network as in the corresponding absorbing network, which is obtained from the asymmetric one by eliminating the outbound edges of attractors. But there exist corrections depending on the capacities of the outbound edges of attractors and also on the initial resource allocation. Upper bounds of these corrections are derived. The initial states that lead to the exact limit states without any adjustments are determined.

Abstract—The article considers the problem of selecting priority areas in research and development based on processing expert information used as a basis for the information computing system—an automated expert evaluation system. The resulting ordering of independent innovative projects takes into account the Kemeny median approach for preference vectors and the method for minimizing the sum of their ranks. It is proposed to develop the system in the form of a resource method for selecting priority areas. The probability distribution function of the technical success of a project in this method is described by the Weibull distribution. A mathematical model is developed to maximize the feasibility of a portfolio of independent projects. The feasibility is unstable if the source data are inaccurate. An effective method is recommended for solving the formulated problem of selecting a portfolio of priority (ongoing) innovative projects. A solution is proposed to the optimization problem of determining the priority of their financing.

A wide class of admissible control strategies that guarantee the mean-square stabilization of a stochastic system is considered. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the optimality of a linear time-invariant controller are established. The difference between the stated problem and the optimal control problem on an infinite time interval is demonstrated. The obtained optimality conditions are illustrated by the example of stabilization of an artificial Earth satellite in the neighborhood of a circular orbit.

We introduce (q1, q2)-quasimetric spaces and examine their properties. Covering mappings between (q1, q2)-quasimetric spaces are investigated. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a coincidence point of two mappings acting between (q1, q2)-quasimetric spaces such that one is a covering mapping and the other satisfies the Lipschitz condition are obtained.

An optimal control problem with state constraints is considered. Some properties of extremals to the Pontryagin maximum principle are studied. It is shown that, from the conditions of the maximum principle, it follows that the extended Hamiltonian is a Lipschitz function along the extremal and its total time derivative coincides with its partial derivative with respect to time.

The properties of (q1, q2)-quasimetric spaces are examined. Multivalued covering mappings between (q1, q2)-quasimetric spaces are investigated. Given two multivalued mappings between (q1, q2)-quasimetric spaces such that one of them is covering and the other satisfies the Lipschitz condition, sufficient conditions for these mappings to have a coincidence point are obtained. A theorem on the stability of coincidence points with respect to small perturbations in the considered mappings is proved.

Nonlinear equations in Banach spaces are considered. Solvability conditions are obtained for them. These results are a generalization of the Hadamard diffeomorphism theorem. Additionally, conditions for the existence of coincidence points of two mappings acting on metric spaces are obtained.
