Аннотация
We characterize weighted inequalities corresponding to the embedding of a class of absolutely continuous functions into a fractional-order Sobolev space. As auxiliary results of the paper, which are also of independent interest, we obtain several new types of necessary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness of the Hardy–Steklov operator (integral operator with two variable limits) in weighted Lebesgue spaces.

Аннотация
Abstract— A formal procedure is proposed for making a medical diagnosis based on the results of analyzes that satisfy the specified requirements: for each type of possible disease, a set of analizes is formed, and in each such set the analyzes are ranked by “importance” for this disease. Presentation is conducted on the example of a specific sample of Dermatology from the known repository of UCI Machine Learning. The results indicate that the proposed procedure may be a useful medical assistant in making a definitive diagnosis.

Аннотация
In this article, we substantiate the high relevance and practical importance of research in the field of creating a methodology of structural identification for the design of automatic control systems with the required properties. In particular, we give a brief description of the current state of scientific knowledge about structural identification. Secondly, we formulate the problem statement of the methodology of structural identification. We reveal the basic content of the key concepts of this methodology. In particular, we develop the reference model of the subject’s behavior of the rational structural identification.

Abstract: The article deals with the analysis of infeasible problems of optimal production planning of a large dimension. The properties of an infeasible task are formulated for a special linear programming problem. For this problem, the complexity of analyzing infeasible constraints increases linearly with increasing dimension. The data on the planning models of a number of refineries and the patterns of infeasible problems that are determined experimentally are given. Аннотация
The problem of the movement of the quadcopter in long autonomous missions is discussed. The approaches are analyzed to the organization of its take-off, vehicle following, and landing into a robotic container, which combines the functions of transportation and recharging the battery. Based on the results of the study, structural schemes of multicopter and container functioning in the absence of external navigation systems are suggested. Experimental realization of the visual tracking algorithms confirms the applicability of the proposed approach.

The paper proposes algorithms for detecting areas of explosive behavior of unsteady processes. We investigated two types: detection algorithms in the current mode and detection algorithms by historical data. Examples of bubble detection by historical data and the simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of algorithms.

Аннотация
Information systems using conceptual models of the subject domain are considered. The conceptual model consists of the conceptual structure and description of the content of the concepts included in it. The conceptual structure is defined as a set of concepts on which generalization and association map are given. It is shown that due to the semantic invariance of the formalism used, the characteristics of information systems, in particular, their scalability, are improved.

Аннотация
Because of an increasing flow of data being derived from external economic environment and inner business processes, it has become vital to create an automatized tool for prescribing scenarios for most of the standardized cases occurring within the manufacturing mainframe. This work aims to study the needs of the businesses and to design a simple tool for maintaining the decision support process in obedience with the existing market demand. In the context of the paper, various approaches to demand plan establishment will be considered and further methods for its remote control will be researched. For the existing problem solved, a model of Decision Support System will be designed which will operate based on Supervisory Control Theory.
