Аннотация
We use modified method S and F approximations for the study of density anomalies under Hellas Planitia. We have calculated different models of anomalous masses locations beneath the Hellas Planitia region.

Аннотация
Calculations of tension–compression and maximum shear stresses are carried out for a test model of Martian internal structure, which satisfy all today’s geophysical and geochemical data. Spatial distribution of stresses under the InSight landing site is presented. We find that the areas of maximum extensional stresses along with high shear stresses are located to the East from the landing site.

We analyze nonhydrostatic stress field in the Martian interior for two types of heterogeneous elastic models: the ones with a lithosphere and the ones with a lithosphere and probable melting zones within it. Numerical modeling of the system of elastic equilibrium equations for a gravitating planet is carried out on a 1 × 1 arc degree spherical grid down to a depth of 1000 km. The boundary conditions are specified by the topography and gravity field data determined relative to a hydrostatic equilibrium spheroid taken as the ref- erence surface. High maximum shear stresses in the zones of high tensile stresses are assumed as the criterion for selecting the probable marsquake sources. Irrespective of the type of rheological model, the zones of the high shear and tensile stresses in the crust and mantle of the Mars arc revealed beneath Hellas Planitia, Argyre Planitia, Mare Acidalia, Arcadia Planitia plain, and Valles Marineris.

The direct and inverse projections (DIP) method was proposed to reduce the feature space to the given dimensions oriented to the problems of randomized machine learning and based on the procedure of “direct” and “inverse” design. The “projector” matrices are determined by maximizing the relative entropy. It is suggested to estimate the information losses by the absolute error calculated with the use of the Kullback–Leibler function (SRC method). An example illustrating these methods was given.

A new method for entropy-randomized machine learning is proposed based on empirical risk minimization instead of the exact fulfillment of empirical balance conditions. The corresponding machine learning algorithm is shown to generate a family of exponential distributions, and their structure is found.

Risk Management is one of the important functional areas in the project management methodology. In practice, as a rule, qualitative risk assessments are applied. However, the theory of risk management based on qualitative assessments is virtually absent. The article attempts to present the elements of risk management theory based on qualitative assessments. The definition of qualitative assessments of complex risks is given. The tasks of risk management (by reducing them, evasion) are set. Algorithms for solving the corresponding problems are proposed.

Modern economic conditions require construction companies to promptly prevent, identify and manage risks in various areas of their construction activities. As this research shows, many of the best practices of corporate risk management are adopted and applied in large Russian construction companies and in various industries. At the same time, the results of the research demonstrate the possibilities for further development. Key areas of development include: the process of integrating risk management into the development strategy of a construction company, the collection and accumulation of statistical data, interaction between units, the participation and active participation of key stakeholders, and the quality of information on key risks. Risk management is one of the most important functional areas in the methodology of project management in the construction sector. In practice, as a rule, in addition to quantitative risk assessment, qualitative risk assessments in construction is also always utilized. However, the theory of risk management based on qualitative assessments is virtually absent in the Russian practice. This article provides a definition of qualitative risk assessments and complex risks in the construction field. We desceibe the tasks involved in risk management in construction and propose algorithms for solving corresponding problems in the construction field.

The paper gives a brief overview of the results on the characterization problem of spaces associated with given functional classes. It is shown that for ideal and non-ideal structures the situation is generally different. In the latter case, the concept of the associated space is bifurcated. The main part of the paper presents a complete description of the functional spaces associated with weighted Sobolev spaces of the first-order on the real axis.

Estimates of the norms of spaces associated to weighted first-order Sobolev spaces with various weight functions and summation parameters are established. As the main technical tool, boundedness criteria for the Hardy–Steklov integral operator with variable limits of integration in Lebesgue spaces on the real axis are used.
