This paper describes an approach based on machine learning technology that is of particular interest for the localization and characterization of both single focal stenoses and multivessel multifocal lesions. Due to the complexity of analyzing large amounts of data for the cardiac surgeon, we pay special attention to the analysis, training, and comparison of popular neural networks that classify and localize foci of stenosis on coronary angiography data. From the complete coronarography dataset collected at the Research Institute for Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases, we retrospectively select data of 100 patients. For the automated analysis of the medical data, the paper considers in detail three models (SSD MobileNet V1, Faster-RCNN ResNet-50 V1, and Faster-RCNN NASNet), which differ in their architecture, complexity, and the number of weights. The models are compared in terms of their basic efficiency characteristics: accuracy, training time, and prediction time. The test results show that the training and prediction times are directly proportional to the complexity of the models. In this regard, Faster-RCNN NASNet exhibits the lowest prediction time (the average processing time for one image is 880 ms), while Faster-RCNN ResNet-50 V1 has the highest prediction accuracy. The latter model reaches the mean average precision (mAP) level of 0.92 on the validation dataset. On the other hand, SSD MobileNet V1 is the fastest model, capable of making predictions with a prediction rate of 23 fps.

The chapter deals with the construction of generative models using Variational Autoencoder (VAE) and Generative Adversarial Neural Networks to synthesize new medical data. VAE is a synthesis of two complete neural networks: an encoder E and a generator G, as well as the latent space connecting them and enabling them to carry out random transformation and interpolation. Generative Adversarial Nets (GAN) in their turn are built on the principle of interaction between a generative model (generator G) and a discriminating model (discriminator D). When creating generator G (both VAE and GAN), its architecture of a neural network based on convolutional layers, with the application of the new deep learning framework Tensorflow-addons is used. As E and D encoders, respectively, the models of transfer learning, problem domain-image feature vector are used in the work. The comparison between them is made in the chapter and the most optimal model for solving the proposed problem is selected. The chapter presents the results of the research obtained on the basis of VAE and GAN implementation.

In this paper we consider an approximation-interpolation approach based on the combination of interpolation method and approximation method. An approximation method for single-machine scheduling theory problem with an unknown objective function that depends on the completion times of jobs is studied. The idea of approximating an unknown function by a linear function with some weight coefficients is considered. An approximation-interpolation algorithm has been developed, which allows to determine the values of weight coefficients of the objective function of single-machine problem of the scheduling theory. In this algorithm the minimization of the total weighted completion times according to the given set of values of the problem parameters and the corresponding known optimal schedules was carried out. Experiments with Lagrange polynomials interpolation and cubic splines have been conducted. The hypothesis of the necessity to take into account long-range bounds when calculating weighting coefficients has been confirmed.

В данной статье представлен точный аналитический метод исследования переходного поведения однолинейных систем массового обслуживания с конечным источником при скачках сетевого трафика. Он основан на методе матрицы трансляции вероятностей. Математическая модель позволяет анализировать переходный режим ЛВС при включении выключателя или изменении скорости поступления и обслуживания. Получены аналитические выражения для вероятностей состояний системы, включающие выражение для вероятности потери и переходного времени. Также представлены численные расчеты для системы обслуживания с пятью состояниями M/M/1/n. Результаты расчетов для рассмотренных частных случаев полностью соответствуют известным аналитическим и численным результатам для системы в стационарном режиме.

В работе исследуется переходное поведение многоканальной системы массового обслуживания. Для анализа используется аналитический метод решения системы уравнений Колмогорова, основанный на использовании так называемой трансляционной матрицы. Рассмотрены случаи, когда скорости прихода и обслуживания являются постоянными и кусочно-постоянными функциями. Приведены аналитические выражения для нестационарных вероятностей состояний, среднего числа пакетов в системе, среднего числа занятых каналов и средней задержки обслуживания в переходном режиме. Проанализированы переходное время и пропускная способность системы массового обслуживания в переходном режиме. Проведено численное моделирование многоканальной системы массового обслуживания на примере системы М/М/2/3. Получены зависимости вероятностей состояний, пропускной способности и среднего количества пакетов в системе для различных начальных условий в переходном режиме. Рассмотрен случай периодического изменения скоростей прихода, соответствующий периодической передаче управляющих сигналов в составе полезной нагрузки.

As of February 07, 2022, more than 395 million cases of COVID-19 had been identified in the world, with 5.74 million deaths. The paper considers methodology for predicting the number of cases in the short term using a preliminary assessment of countries based on three indicators: expert assessments of the law-abiding population, the level of education and restrictive measures taken in the country. The description and composition of the groups obtained are given. An assessment of the accuracy of the forecast results is made. A comparison of the considered models of 2020 with 2022 is given.

This paper studies the process of forming an algorithm for the actions of a group of mobile robots, which allows to effectively carry out a landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle on their formation in a given area. Building a communication field to transmit data from the drones to a group of robots is investigated, the planning of the local trajectory of the robots is described, and obstacles are taken into account. And the formation of robots taking into account obstacles and the creation of a formation of robots is considered. As a result of the review of current planning methods and their comparative analysis, the method that most effectively copes with similar problems is determined—the method of tangential avoidance. Authors of the paper adapt this method to the conditions of a problem to be solved and offer its modified version as a new method. To confirm the performance of the method, a series of experiments is conducted, which show that the developed method can successfully cope with the formation of trajectories of mobile robots at randomly determined locations of obstacles and robots.

The paper presents an algorithm of assigning a sequence of tasks in the collaborative robotic system (CRS). These tasks are represented both as a directed graph, and a timeline with the operations’ start events. The algorithm focuses on assigning the operations based on the availability of CRS members and their effectiveness. After the assignment, the execution time of the operation is recalculated according to the efficiency of the assigned humans and cobots, modifying the weight of the corresponding graph edge and rebuilding the time sequence after the current time event. If these conditions are not met, the assignment for the operation is postponed until the next event. The algorithm makes the transition from the current time event to the nearest one and traverses the graph from the first vertex to the last one. The analysis of modeling results shows that the use of the algorithm for a sequence of interdependent operations that requires human–robot collaboration allows reducing the time of execution of both the technological process and its individual operations. The algorithm can be used to test various hypotheses for the optimal number of participants to perform the operations by the CRS as a team of heterogeneous participants.

Аннотация
The evolution of mobile communication networks from 2G to 5G is briefly described. The assignment of scenarios for 5G mobile networks is noted. The architecture of the physical and data link layers of a 5G transport network is disclosed. The analysis of the requirements of the scenarios eMBB, URLLC, mMTC to the physical and data link layers of a transport network, their approximate numerical evaluation were carried out. The requirements that have a dominant influence in the construction of the network are identified, and their formalization is introduced. A mathematical model of requirements based on a matrix of weighting coefficients is proposed.
