Today, a crucial question in automated opinion mining is the search for consensus and patterns of its formation within public dialogue and deliberation. In our earlier works, we explored the turn of diverse individual opinions into shared meta-opinions. This paper continues the investigation of meta-opinions and examines the properties of their approximations, with particular attention to methods partially grounded in bisimulation contraction and other epistemic logical frameworks of the Kripke type. Research gap is significant complexity to find such a minimal model that is capable of representing possible worlds and the relations among them. We generated heuristics using LLM and measured metrics of this algorithm up to the fifth modal depth. The metrics shown larger than 90% accuracy even for arbitrary initial models.

Aiming at the challenge of DC bus voltage stability in AC/DC hybrid power supply system of data center, this paper proposes a control strategy based on single phase bidirectional converter. The strategy takes data center as the application scenario, adopts the backstepping control design, realizes the large signal control by constructing the virtual quantity, improves the control precision and stability of DC bus voltage. At the same time, an on-line load estimation method with adaptive control law is proposed, which realizes the advance regulation of bus voltage and enhances the dynamic response ability of the system. The simulation results show that this strategy can significantly suppress voltage fluctuations and improve the steady-state control accuracy to less than 0.2% without increasing the DC bus capacitance, which has important engineering value for improving the system reliability.

To address wind power’s inherent intermittency and ensure grid-connected converters’ rapid provision of virtual inertia/damping support during sudden wind speed changes, this study proposes a DDPG-based adaptive optimization strategy for virtual synchronous generators (VSG). The operational principles of grid-connected energy storage VSG are analyzed, with particular emphasis on virtual inertia/damping’s impacts on active power and frequency dynamics. A DDPG-driven adaptive control framework enables real-time parameter adjustments, optimizing power-frequency response. Simulation results demonstrate 0.17s faster regulation, 31.2% lower overshoot, and 0.165Hz reduced frequency fluctuations compared to fixed-parameter control, confirming the strategy’s effectiveness in suppressing oscillations and enhancing system stability.

This paper deals with the automated maintenance of a fruit orchard using a heterogeneous group of robots, including ground robots and unmanned aerial vehi-cles. A method of task distribution between robots is proposed, taking into account climatic and time constraints, orchard topology, robot parameters and priorities of operations. It describes the division of the cycle into a sequence of time intervals, each of which takes into account the type of technology used and required to perform the planned tasks. Monitoring, irrigation and fertilizer application, with their priori-ties for each fruit tree in the orchard, are considered as tasks. The formation of a route network is proposed, as well as the search for a rational scenario of mission fulfill-ment on the investigated time interval using heuristic and meta-heuristic algorithms. Constraints that take into account the autonomy of the robots, the duration of the interval, the number of consecutive flights/moves, etc., are considered. Adjustment of tasks at time intervals is presented, taking into account unresolved tasks at previous time intervals. The developed method allows optimizing the use of resources and increasing the efficiency of automated plant care.

The paper is devoted to investigate of the optimization problem on the mixing department processes at the metallurgical production. The problem is to unload transportation ladles into the iron ladles in such a way, to provide a timely and continues exchange between domain department and the mixing one, as well as between mixing department and converter shop-floor. This stage of technological chain plays the most important role for timely delivery of iron ladles to the converter shop-floor and for execution of the production plan in general. To solve the problem under consideration there proposed an integer linear programming model, which takes into account all technological restrictions on the mixing department processes. There constructed a special set of variables, which allowed one to formalize both a complex system of constraints an objective function. To demonstrate an effectiveness and powerful of the proposed approach, there were carried out a computational experiment using real-world data on the mixing department processes at the metallurgical production.

This paper considers a fast solving the practical problem in railway planning and scheduling. i.e., the problem of assigning given arrival and departure railway paths to routs. This problem is to execute as fully as possible the train traffic across the railway station, using a fixed amount of the resources. It appears that the problem may be solved by using any efficient maximum Independent set algorithm, which is known to be NP –hard. On the other hand, Simplicial vertex test is known heuristic that gives good quality solutions on sparse graphs. So, for solving the maximum independent set on sparse graphs, we propose an efficient heuristic based on the extended simplicial vertex test.

The paper proposes a technology for exploratory visual analysis of heterogeneous data based on the application of various visualization metaphors. It describes the peculiarities of the data under study and the practical problems that arise in their analysis. This paper considers the possibilities of two previ-ously proposed visualization metaphors that form the basis of the technology. The technology’s general scheme is presented and described. A software tool has been developed to implement this technology, enabling the calculation and export of quantitative characteristics of a visual model. This technology was tested for exploratory analysis of experimental data associated with conducting unmanned aerial vehicle flights. The results confirm the feasibility of using this technology and its software tool for real tasks of visual data analysis. Several directions for the further development of the proposed technology and its supporting software tool are formulated.

Nowadays, the vast majority of industrial processes are automated including all of the control levels from field devices to production scheduling. However, in critical infrastructures like nuclear power plants (NPPs), the air gap separates the first three levels of field, control, and supervisory from the last ones and largely terminates the direct control at the supervisory level making it the upper point of an industrial control system at which data from lower levels are collected, processed, and presented as well as commands to the lower-level devices are given. For NPPs, it is the upper level control system (ULCS). Being the top integrated stage of industrial control, the ULCS operates with a substantial amount of information: signals, alarms, commands, etc. As a result, the ULCS application software, which comprises all of this information accompanied with basic visualization tools, happens to be incredibly complicated and absolutely huge; moreover, it is not invariable and subjected to changes during the whole ULCS life cycle. A complex problem of making changes to the ULCS applica-tion software arises. Due to the enormous complexity and substantial amount of information, the automation of making changes is required. The article is devoted to the ULCS application software and the issues related to making changes to it; particularly, the automation of making changes is considered. The overview of the ULCS application software is presented. The methods for automated making changes are revealed. A system for the data preparation for making changes is clearly outlined: functionality, common structure, and software composition.

Watermarking is a widespread technique for information protection and an invisible alternative to quick response codes. The literature mainly considers software implementations of watermarking methods, even though there are applications for which hardware watermarking solutions become preferable or the only possible option due to increased speed, power, or information safety requirements. A convenient, flexible, and universal solution for hardware development is intellectual property (IP) cores. IP cores are building blocks for creating processors on FPGA or ASIC. The main objective of this work is to present the implementation of the robust watermarking method in the form of an IP core suitable for image processing systems on processors. The main contribution of this work is that it is the first hardware implementation of template-based watermarking for modern neural network-based extraction methods. The paper briefly discusses the existing hardware solutions for embedding data, describes the implemented watermarking method and the implementation itself, and provides the key indicators of the resulting solution and a link to the public repository with the solution. The proposed watermarking scheme has good imperceptibility (PSNR of 39.66), bpp of 0.00097, and BER of less than 3% for attacks. The implementation supports a frequency of 120 MHz.
