Аннотация
The current level of development of unmanned transport aviation makes it possible to use it widely for the automation and robotization of many processes in agriculture. One of the promising applications of unmanned aerial vehicles is the delivery of essential supplies to remote areas cut off from land transportation routes. The urgent task here is the creation of mobile solutions that enable to quickly organize transportation of cargo, including heterogeneous ones, under conditions of shortage of certain types of cargo and the need to prioritize requests for delivery. The paper proposes a model for creating an optimal transportation plan of heterogeneous cargo between sources and destinations for the route network of arbitrary structure. The model contains mechanisms for formalizing and taking into account the priority of cargo delivery tasks for the different types of priority, as well as a mechanism for balancing the priority of delivery tasks and the transportation cost. The results of testing the proposed optimization model for planning the process of cargo delivery to remote areas, with visualization of the transportation plan based on a digital terrain model are presented. The directions for further development and improvement of the proposed approach are discussed.

The paper is devoted to study unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flight operational features and UAV’s automatic control system operating in manual mode (it processes pilot’s control commands). The analysis of operation in special cases and conditions is carried out for the aircraft equipped with a radio-operating human-controlled system and automatic flight control system. The main goal of the research is to develop fully functional flight controller the flight controller based on the domestic made microcontroller unit (MCU) MDR 32. The main novelty is that board LDM-BB-K1986BE92QI with the MDR32F9Q2I microcontroller core is used as a hardware base for the flight controller. The development of hardware and software are described separately including some features that was used to overcome several limitations of the selected MCU. The base flight controller firmware modules, functions and algorithms are described. A sample quadrotor based on the S550 frame was assembled using the developed flight controller to carry out testing flights. Two test experiments are presented: the first one is a checking of the flight controller base functionality (parameters configuration and calibration) and the second one is a test flight performed by a pilot.

The task of creating a neural interface for controlling a robotic system by means of an oculographic interface and bioelectric signals, is considered. The article highlights the results of scientific experimental research aimed at the evaluation of the representativeness of bioelectrical signals obtained by electroencephalography (EEG). The basic hypothesis is formulated and tested with the help of artificial neural network technology. The authors consider an experiment on the formation of steady-state visually evoked potentials in a group of people with the subsequent creation of an applied database. They describe an original approach for extracting representative features from the EEG signal. With the help of deep machine learning technology the representativeness of the data under study is evaluated. The main conclusions are formulated and the hypothesis that each brain lead reproduces unique waves which are characteristic of each brain zone is confirmed. The proposed model of a symmetric multilayer multi-adaptive direct propagation neuron can find its application in solving problems related to the processing of EEG signals. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest that data on the bioelectrical activity of the brain can be uniquely identified, and thus used as control signals for various robotic devices.

In this study, a pursuit-evasion game of two players, known as a game of two identical cars, is examined. It is assumed that the game proceeds in a two-dimensional plane. Both players have a constant speed and a limited turn radius. The goal of the first player (pursuer) is to ensure that the second player (evader) enters the capture circle as quickly as possible. The goal of the evader is to avoid or delay capturing for as long as possible. The kinematics of both players are described using the same equations. Thus, the game has only one free parameter: capture radius. This study aims to provide an exhaustive analytical description of the barrier surface for all values of capture radius. Previously, Merz analytically investigated the barrier in a game of two identical cars. In this work, it was found that there is a certain critical value of the capture radius, above which the barrier is qualitatively different from Merz’s example. In addition, we obtained an explicit analytical description of the optimal feedback controls for the barrier.

Conservation and increase of fish resources is one of the priority tasks of modern society. Due to agricultural activities, the impact of the construction of hydroelectric power stations, as well as the widespread presence of poachers have led to the fact that fish resources need to be replenished in special fisheries. The article points out the importance and conservation of fish resources around the world, as well as the priority of caviar counting in the breeding of sturgeon species. Conducting such activities on the farms is necessary to monitor the impact and effectiveness of the use of various feeds, changing conditions, etc. Traditionally, two methods are used at enterprises to count caviar—by weight and volume, in addition, the von Bayer method with the use of a special tool is used in practice to count red caviar. The paper also considers high-performance digital methods of caviar counting, outstanding and requiring technical solutions to perform a design for automatic counting using neural network algorithms. An original design using a camera with Internet access is proposed. Results of experimental systems for sturgeon fish caviar reproduction are presented.

The problem of finding an extremum for a non-stationary objective function is considered, when its values, depending on the components of the control vector, are specified only in a discrete set of time points. To find a solution, a discrete gradient method of unconditional optimization is proposed. The conditions of its application are formulated. An estimate of the lower limit of the solution error due to the magnitude of the step in time and the rate of change of the objective function and estimates of its second derivatives of the components of the control vector are obtained. The application of the method is demonstrated on a numerical model of an extreme regulator designed to control a non-stationary object with a nonlinear objective function.

The problems of scattering of electromagnetic waves by anisotropic dielectric structures are studied on the basis of volumetric singular integral equations. Existence and uniqueness theorems for solutions are given for a wide class of media, including lossless media. An efficient method for solving integral equations based on the collocation method and fast Fourier transform algorithms is described.

The article is devoted to the analysis and systematization of methods that ensure the formation of orthogonal polyhedra of arbitrary dimension for the discrete representation of objects and containers of complex shape in cutting and packing problems. Methods of creating orthogonal polyhedra based on a number of set-theoretic operations (addition, subtraction and intersection operations), analytical formation using a set of functions and relation operations, as well as voxelization of flat and volumetric models are considered. The method based on set-theoretic operations is intended primarily for the manual creation of new orthogonal polyhedra characterized by relatively simple geometry. The method of analytical formation is best used to create orthogonal polyhedra whose shape can be parametrically described. The voxelization method is universal, it is used to form orthogonal polyhedra based on vector models of arbitrary geometry. An algorithm for creating a container in the form of an orthogonal polyhedron based on a given vector model is proposed, which makes it possible to solve the problem of packing objects inside a container of arbitrary geometry. An example of solving the problem of packing objects of complex geometry represented by orthogonal polyhedra inside an irregular container is presented.

Parallel and distributed computing have become widespread as one of the main ways to improve the performance of computing environments when processing big data. The issue of assessing the main performance indicators of such systems remains relevant to the present time due to the complexity of such analysis. A fork-join queuing system is well suited for modeling parallel data processing. The article explores the possibility of estimating the average response time of the system using an analytical expression for the upper bound of the maximum order statistics. Two options are described, depending on the amount of knowledge available about the operation of a high-performance environment. The results of the numerical experiment confirm the efficiency of the approach for a fairly wide range of parameters, one of the main advantages of which is the ease of use.

We study the degree of individual and coalitional manipulability of q-Paretian social choice rules under Impartial Culture. Manipulability is defined as a situation, when an agent or a coalition, which consists of some agents, misrepresents her/their preferences to obtain a better outcome of the social choice rule. We study a class of q-Paretian social choice rules, which consists of four rules: Strong q-Paretian simple majority rule, Strong q-Paretian plurality rule, Strongest q-Paretian simple majority rule, and Condorcet practical rule. For the cases of 3, 4, and 5 alternatives and for the cases from 3 to 100 agents, we use computer modeling to calculate a number of manipulability indices. We provide the analysis of the results for different cases.
