In the present paper we analyze data obtained in experiments of resource allocation games with two mechanisms: the Yang-Hajek’s mechanism (YH) and mechanism based on the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). Previous research has shown that there is some correlation between consensus achievement and share of certain types of behavior. This paper considers behavior models based on best response and Pareto improvement. The aim of the research was to investigate individuals’ behavior variation on mechanism change. A behavior based on Pareto improvement is demonstrated by players in both mechanisms slightly more often than only in one mechanism. At the same time, more players demonstrate behavior based on best response in either YH or in ADMM than in both mechanisms. Players had an opportunity to subjectively rank mechanisms; dependence between players behavior and subjective ranking is also studied. It is possible that players give higher rank to the mechanism where they behave according to the best-response and Pareto improvement models more often. There can be inverse relationship between the ranking of YH mechanism and the share of Pareto improvement behavior.

The article shows the importance of fish resources in the modern world, and also tells how important it is to timely analyze the biological situation in aquaculture. The importance of the issue of ecological monitoring of aquatic biological resources and the living conditions of fish and other aquatic organisms is revealed. The paper describes methods for studying the ecosystem of water bodies, describes technical solutions for creating a digitalized artificial reef, and presents a specific design of an artificial reef adapted to northern conditions, made using additive technologies to achieve a high value of the active surface, which contributes to the development of biocenosis. The main provisions of testing artificial reefs are formulated. The results of experimental tests of the system are presented, on the example of the operation of some sensors, and the development of technical proposals for the modernization of the system is presented.

Here is a task of classifying aeroballistic vehicle path in atmospheric phase. It has been suggested the task to be solved by means of pattern recognition technique involving tutor-assisted training with a variety of classification samples, i.e., flying vehicle paths in atmospheric phase targeted at different ground objects. The pattern recognition technique has been developed, which involves minimum distance to a class standard and artificial neural network such as multilayer perceptron for the task solution. The novelty of the developed technique includes generation of gliding aircraft path through simulation of spline approximation of sectional polyline defined with a set of fixed points which include origin and end of the path as well as disturbing points. The path recognition system quality is to be assessed through probability measures. The path recognition quality assessment during study of various recognition techniques involved calculations of probability measures for different values of class numbers, path types (with changing number and steepness of maneuvers), and time interval assigned for decision-making. There is a set of programs involving mathematical modeling of aircraft paths in atmospheric phase, recognition procedures based on minimum distance to class standard method and artificial neural network such as multilayer perceptron as well as recognition quality check program through statistical assessment of correct recognition probabilities. The developed set of programs is a basis for study of various aircraft path recognition techniques with different initial data. There are computer modeling results and calculations of aircraft path classification error probabilities using the mentioned techniques in case of various path class number and limitations of decision-making time.

Is considered the orthogonal packing problem that is a problem of placing of all given orthogonal objects into a minimal set of orthogonal containers in a form of parallelepipeds of arbitrary dimension. With the aim of effective managing of free spaces in containers is proposed a deleting objects algorithm. This algorithm provides a possibility of realization of heuristic methods which are based on excluding of some placed objects from a container and subsequent more rational filling of the freed spaces into it.

The paper contains the detailed description of major requirements which should be taken into account in the design of the library of metaheuristic algorithms of discrete optimization. The proposed requirements provide an opportunity to create a large number of different population-based algorithms by the designed library, including classical and modified variations of genetic algorithms, ant colony algorithms, bees algorithms as well as many other optimization algorithms applicable for solving the problems of discrete optimization.

This article describes a method to improve the work efficiency of the software complex for automatic segmentation and analysis of lumbar spine MRI images in conditions of dynamic changes. For the modules of the software complex, an event tree and a state graph developed by authors, which will allow taking into account the conditions leading to software complex failures. These conditions with a set of certain factors at different time intervals can break down all modules of the software complex. The developed models can reduce the program errors, debugging time and recovery of a non-functioning system. A system of Kolmogorov-Chapman differential equations based on the state graph. For the system of differential equations, a utility software developed via the Python programming language and SciPy library, which allows estimating the level of probability of failure of system modules over a certain time. The behavior of the software complex modelled under various initial conditions. As result of the solution of the differential equations system, the influence of the intensities of recovery and failure of elements on the operability of the system modules investigated. For the various initial states of the system, an analysis, based on which recommendation rules created for the management personnel of the software complex, which will avoid a critical combination of events leading to a system failure.

The problem of emergency combinations of events during the inspection of industrial facilities by unmanned aerial vehicles is investigated. Emergency combinations are made up of relatively harmless individually events. A formal and meaningful formulation of this problem is proposed. The first stage of solving the problem is considered: representation of the processes of development of accidents from a combination of individually non-hazardous events. For such a representation, fault trees and their minimum sections are used. At the same time, failures are understood not only as manifestations of hardware and software malfunctions, but also operator errors, as well as environmental influences. Each minimum section of such a fault tree underlies one or more scenarios for the development of accidents. An example of a fault tree with a set of minimum sections and examples of scenarios for the development of an accident during the inspection of industrial facilities by unmanned aerial vehicles is given.

Исследуются неподвижные точки и точки совпадения отображений v-метрических пространств, т. е. множеств, на которых определена векторная метрика. Значения такой метрики являются элементами конуса банахова пространства, а не действительными неотрицательными числами. Получены аналоги теорем Канторовича о существовании и единственности неподвижной точки и о сходимости последовательности итераций к этой точке. Получены условия существования точки совпадения двух отображений. Полученные результаты обобщаются на случай многозначных отображений.

5G technology is designed to resolve issues such as the growth of mobile traffic, the increase in the number of devices connected to the network, reducing delays for the implementation of new services and the lack of a frequency spectrum. The main services in future 5G networks are enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB), massive Machine Type Communications (mMTC) and Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communications (URLLC). In this paper, we consider two cases of joint eMBB and URLLC transmissions. In the first case, when all resources are occupied, the blocking of new requests happens, and in the second case, it is possible to reduce the transmission speed of the eMBB application and accept the new URLLC request for service.
