Аннотация
For nonlinear mappings acting in Banach spaces, we examine inverse and implicit function theorems under various smoothness assumptions. For various regularity (normality) conditions imposed on such mappings, we prove that the corresponding equations have solutions under any sufficiently small (in the norm) completely continuous perturbations. A priori estimates for these solutions are obtained.

Аннотация
We consider the problem of optimizing the operation of a queuing system in which the number of working service channels can be changed in a controlled manner at control times separated from each other by a fixed time step. It is assumed that, when passing from step to step, the simplest arrival flow intensity changes in accordance with some homogeneous Markov chain. The criterion for choosing a strategy for switching service channels is the minimum total average costs over a multistep planning horizon. The parametric structure of the optimal strategy for switching service channels is revealed.

We consider the problem of estimating the queuing system structure and parameters when implementing the system of optimal switching of the main service channels at control times separated from each other by a fixed time step. Expert classification analysis, structural forecasting, and expert statistical data processing procedures are proposed to solve the problem of assessing the model structure and parameters.

A new model of inventory control with returns is considered, when it is possible for consumers to return (under certain conditions) the products they have pur-chased. It proved to be that the optimal inventory control strategy in such a sys-tem turns out to be four-level.

Purpose: The purpose of this work is to study the impact of the 2020 crisis on imbalances in the world economy from the point of view of the problem of its balance and the prospects for its sustainable development. Design/methodology/approach: The methodology of this study is to predict and scenario the values of the indicators of sustainable development highlighted in chapter 2 of this book, as well as to compare the difference between developed and developing countries in each scenario. Findings: It has been proved that as the 2020 economic crisis deepens, the imbalances in the world economy, expressed in the differences between developed and developing countries, increase. In 2019, developed countries showed 100.26% greater sustainability compared to developing countries. In 2020, under the optimistic scenario, the imbalance will increase to 119%, under the realistic scenario to 142.96%, and under the pessimistic scenario to 198.45%. Originality/value: It is justified that the 2020 economic crisis has a negative impact not only on national economies, impeding their sustainable development, but also on the global economy as a whole, increasing its imbalances. Therefore, in order to maintain a balanced world economy, it was necessary to combine the efforts of developed and developing countries to jointly manage the crisis and accelerate the resolution of the crisis.

The article presents a novel approach to solving complex problems of queuing theory in general and to the analysis of closed queuing networks, in particular. The main idea is to combine a simulation on a limited set of input parameters with data mining methods. As an example of applying this approach, the paper evaluates the main performance parameters of a closed exponential queuing network, for which, as is known, methods of analytical and numerical analysis have been developed with some restrictions on its structure. The specified network was chosen in order to qualitatively test the proposed approach, as well as to demonstrate its effectiveness on a very large amount of input data, which is an essential distinguishing feature of this work. The maximum approximation error of the estimates of the mean sojourn times of customers obtained in the study, as well as their average number in the network nodes, does not exceed 5%. The new approach is universal in nature, and its field of application is not limited to studies of only exponential networks, therefore, it can be used to study more complex queuing networks.

Описан общий метод построения нелокальных операторов рекурсии для симметрий дифференциальных уравнений в частных производных. В качестве примера рассмотрено кокасательное уравнение к трёхмерному уравнению rdDym вида $u_{yt}=u_xu_{xy} − u_yu_{xx}$. L\Для этого уравнения найдены два взаимно обратных оператора рекурсии. Изложение включает в себя также описание строгого критерия проверки свойства наследственности для нелокальных операторов.

In this paper we consider an unreliable retrial queueing system consisting of the main unreliable server, the reliable backup server and the orbit of infinite size. Customers and breakdowns arrive to the main server according to Markovian arrival processes (MAPs). If the main server is busy at a customer arrival moment, then the customer goes to the orbit. If at the moment of a primary or an orbital customer arrival the main server is under repair and the backup server is idle, then the customer goes to the backup server. If during the service by the backup server the main server restores, the customer goes to this server and is serviced as a new. If at the time of the arrival of a primary or an orbital customer the main server is repaired and the backup one is busy, then the customer goes to orbit. If a breakdown arrives at the busy main server, then the under-served customer is transferred to the backup server and is serviced as a new. Service times and repair times have phase type (PH) distributions. The system under consideration can be used when modeling the hybrid communication system presented by the main optic channel and the reserve radio channel. We investigate the stable system operation, calculate the stationary distribution and a number of performance measures. We also present illustrative numerical examples to show the behavior of the performance measures of the system.

The paper investigates stochastic polling systems using machine learning. M/M/1 and MAP/M/1-type polling systems with cyclic polling, as well as M/M/1-type polling systems with adaptive cyclic polling are considered. To train a machine model of a M/M/1-type polling system, we used the results of analytical calculations, and for other considered systems that do not allow exact analysis, we used the simulation results. Numerical examples are given, and it is shown that the results of machine learning are close enough to the results of analytical or simulation calculations.

We consider a scale-free model of the Web network that is evolving by preferential attachment schemes and derive an explicit formula of its PageRank vector. Its $i^{th}$ element indicates the probability that a surfer resides at a related Web page $i$ in a stationary regime of an associated random walk. Considering the growth of a directed Web graph, we apply linear preferential attachment schemes proposed by Samorodnitsky et al. (2016). To express the probability of a connection between two nodes of this Web graph, our derivation allows us to avoid the consideration of complicated paths with random lengths and to cover both self-loops and multiple edges between nodes. An algorithm of the PageRank vector calculation for graphs without loops is provided. The approach can be extended in a similar way to graphs with loops. In this way, our approach enhances existing analysis schemes. It provides a better insight on the PageRank of growing scale-free Web networks and supports the adaptation of the model to gathered network statistics.
