Аннотация
The paper provides an overview of spectral and modal analysis methods for studying the stability of electric power systems (EPSs) and their control. Consideration is given to theoretical grounds of the methods and to the experience of their application for detecting the heterogeneity of the systems’ structure, identifying the coherency of generators’ motion, simplifying the mathematical model of the dynamics of EPSs, assessing their small-signal stability, and selecting the control actions to ensure it. The analysis of sub-Gramians for studying the EPS stability and other new directions in the development of the modal approach are discussed.

Аннотация
Mathematical model of a hexapod walking robot was implemented which allow to get visual information about features of its moving in an environment and helps to develop control algorithms. Based on a computational experiment the conclusion was made that geometric method is more preferred for solving forward and inverse kinematic problems of a hexapod robot with insect legs.

The report proposes a new approach to integrating hybrid intelligence components in purpose to create a virtual semantic environment. The idea is mainly focused on providing monitoring of activity and selective interaction based on "Commonsense Knowledge." The basis for their applicability is the integration components of protocols through the "Blackboard System" for organizing multi-sided communication of eventual subjects with each other.

We develop different approaches to formalize the concepts of influence and influence levels of users in online social networks based on the actional model of influence. Then we give examples of calculating the influence levels of users in an online social network and compare the conceptual formalizations of influence levels with each other.

Аннотация
The widespread use of new power electronic devices and the integration of renewable energy sources have increased the non-linearity and non-stationarity of modern electric power systems. Taking into account and modeling these nonlinear effects with sufficient accuracy requires the use of quadratic and higher order approximations of nonlinear power system models. However, sufficiently accurate bilinear models of synchronous machine are not easy to find in the literature. Therefore, in this paper we develop a quadratic approximation for the conventional sixth-order model of a synchronous machine using the Carleman bilinearization procedure. The developed bilinear model for one generator can further serve as a basic building block for constructing nonlinear approximations for general power system models.

Аннотация
To effectively manage the flow of unmanned vehicles in large manufacturing plants and warehouses, both in open spaces and indoors, an accurate dynamic positioning system is required. This is necessary to optimize routes in order to increase the speed of movement and prevent collisions. The article considers the application of an autonomous navigation system that uses radar motion sensors together with odometric data. The developed algorithm of adaptive data filtering based on the Kalman filter is described, which allows continuously receiving information about the current position of unmanned vehicles with the required accuracy. As a result, it is possible to optimize the trajectory of all unmanned vehicles in dynamics in order to increase the productivity and reliability of cargo transportation.

The article describes the generalized process of creating a virtual simulator with an integrated geographic information system for modeling flight missions of unmanned aerial vehicles. The capabilities of the simulator allow forming flight missions for both single drones and their groups, and export data of completed missions to conduct real flights.

This paper describes the development of a module for calculating security zones in the cloud service of APCS modeling. A mathematical model based on graph theory is used. This allows you to describe access relationships between objects and security policy subjects. A comparative analysis of algorithms for traversing graph vertices is performed in order to select a suitable method for allocating security zones. The implemented algorithm for calculating security zones was added to the cloud service omole.ws.
