Аннотация
We consider the problem of designing a tracking system for nonlinear affine SISO plants under unmatched exogenous and parametric disturbances and incomplete measurements. In the framework of the block approach, we develop a discontinuous dynamic feedback control law ensuring a tracking with a given accuracy for the output variable of the command signal under the assumption of exogenous actions being smooth. The main result of the paper is a single-parametric procedure for designing a reduced-order observer with high-gain feedbacks for measurement-based estimation of the error of tracking the mixed variables used to form the feedback.

Boost voltage converters are widely used in industry and engineering as power supplies and voltage stabilizers. The basis of the converter is a key element, with the help of which the redistribution of input energy to output energy is carried out, depending on the required transmission coefficient. The output voltage of the inverter depends on the input voltage and external load. Taking into account the switching nature of the converter, a robust relay control law has been developed in the article, which makes it possible to stabilize the output voltage at unknown load, when it is impossible to measure it.

This paper presents an overview of the phonetic encoding algorithms designed to determine the similarity of words in sound (pronunciation). Phonetic encoding algorithms are divided into the algorithms for comparing words and the algorithms for determining the distance between words. Word comparison algorithms, such as SoundEx, NYSIIS, Daitch–Mokotoff, Metaphone, and Polyphone, as well as algorithms for determining the distance between words, such as Levenshtein, Jaro, and N-grams, are described. For each algorithm, the advantages and shortcomings are discussed, and an analog for the Russian language is given. For eliminating the common shortcomings of phonetic encoding algorithms, the idea suggested in this paper is to use not the letter sequences of words, but the sequences of their elementary sounds. In this case, word recognition, record linkage, and word indexing by sounds are expected to improve.

Аннотация
Within the framework of using digital technologies, this article substantiates mechanisms for examining scientific and technical potential of universities with introduction of methods of the active system management. Rigorous mathematical proofs are provided of the equilibrium state existence in expert examination procedures reflecting the experts’ subjectivity. In particular, experts’ interest in the examination results, as well as in their own personal ratings are demonstrated. It is concluded that digitalization of scientific and educational activities in modern universities possesses an important consequence in the form of elaborating programs for optimal management of their intellectual activity results. In addition, considered mechanisms of expert examination procedures make it possible with a high degree of correctness to evaluate complex projects connected to digitalization of scientific and technical products and optimization of resource management in executing programs at the universities.

Аннотация
For a generally infinite noncommutative discrete group G, we study derivation algebras in the group algebra of G in terms of characters on a groupoid associated with the group. We obtain necessary conditions for a character to define a derivation. Using these conditions, we analyze some examples. In particular, we describe a derivation algebra in the case when the group is a nilpotent group of rank 2.

The paper is devoted to the problem of synthesis of robust control of a steam generator with regard to restrictions on phase variables and control under the influence of external uncontrolled disturbances. To solve this problem, the block method ideology is applied. Sat functions, that restrict phase variables and control, are used as local feedbacks.

A mechanical system with n degrees of freedom subjected to the action of positional forces and a small smooth control is considered. It is assumed that in the absence of control, the system may have a family of single-frequency oscillations. A universal control—a nonlinear force that implements and simultaneously stabilizes a cycle in the system—is found. An illustrative example is given. In the previous paper, the universal control was designed for a twodimensional manifold of the system.

KEYWORDS: numerical simulation, cosmic masses, asteroids, dust particles, stable configuration, elliptical orbits, circle orbits, steady states INTRODUCTION: Cosmic masses: asteroids, small planets, dust particles and dust clouds fill the interplanetary space. There is still no answer, why instead of one planet, we have an asteroid belt stable configuration with small planets, such as Ceres. There are many hypotheses for the belt conformation. For example, Sean N. Raymond and Andre Izidoro suggested in [1] that in fact there was no planetary embryo, and the belt was formed from the debris of the planets during their formation and immediately took its current form.

The current state and problems of development of complex logistics systems are considered. The main elements of the global logistics system that form cargo flows are highlighted. Promising models and methods have been proposed that allow for a through scenario analysis of the flows of international logistical transformations, in order to attract additional volumes of cargo to international transport corridors, including the East-West corridor, taking into account not only the throughput and processing capabilities of infrastructure and the presence of rolling stock, but also taking into account border, customs, sanitary, phytosanitary and other restrictions on functioning. Scenarios for the development of international logistics in the implementation of threats of various types are considered
