Аннотация
This paper considers periodic selector-linear differential inclusions with asymptotically stable sets. The criterium of asymptotic stability is obtained by means of the variational technique and the equivalence of the properties of uniform asymptotic stability and uniform exponential stability for the considered class of inclusions is proved.

Аннотация
The possibilities of direction finding of broadband signals by an antenna array in the presence of interferences are considered on the basis of methods of super-resolution of Capone and MUSIC. Based on the known relationships describing the direction-finding patterns formed by the antenna array in the direction-finding of narrow-band signals, expressions were obtained in the article for optimal detection of broadband signals. To ensure the possibility of technical implementation of methods in excess of the resolution for the direction-finding of broadband signals, it is proposed in the article for the finite number of frequencies of the broadband signal spectrum to optimally form the direction-finding relief. For the remaining frequencies of the signal spectrum, approximate using various functions. The results of the simulation showed that the more frequencies of the signal spectrum in which the direction-finding relief is formed optimally and the higher the degree of the approximating function, the higher the accuracy of the direction-finding spectrum of the broadband signal. However, this also leads to an increase in hardware and time costs. The main regularities providing formation of the direction finding relief when receiving and processing of broadband signals are derived. Numerical simulation of the obtained regularities is carried out.

The issue of the development and creation of intelligent flow rate sensors of free-flowing and fluid substances carried on pipelines is considered timely during this era of digital conversion of production processes in industry and science. With this objective, this article presents new approaches to improving the measurement precision of microwave flow rate measuring units. Taking into account the characteristics of electromagnetic waves propagating along the pipeline, analysis was conducted of a wave scattered by the inhomogeneities of the medium being monitored. The features of the transformation of a polarized scattered wave, the limiting geometrical sizes of the pipeline, and optimization of the values of the true scattered signal, are revealed. The feasibility of picking up an information signal with orthogonal polarization of the scattered wave, and via a directional coupler, is substantiated. A methodology was developed to estimate measurement precision with an association to the signal-to-noise ratio at input to a processing unit. It has been shown that the results of the studies can be used in the cryogenic engineering industry to measure the volume and mass flow rates of liquid cryoproducts.

For nonlinear single-channel systems with unmatched disturbances that can be represented in a triangular "input - output" form, a decomposition procedure for the synthesis of dynamic feedback is developed within the framework of the block approach. The procedure involves the synthesis of discontinuous control, providing tracking of the output variable of the command signal under the assumption of the smoothness of external influences; synthesis of a lower-order high-gain observer, which, based on measurements of the tracking error, estimates a mixed variable by which feedback is formed.

For an unmanned aerial vehicle under the influence of external uncontrolled disturbances, the problem of synthesis the control law in the form of dynamic feedback which ensures the movement of the center of mass along a given spatial trajectory is considered. Within the framework of the block approach, a hierarchical procedure for the synthesis of S-shaped sigmoidal feedbacks has been developed that ensures ε-invariance of tracking errors to external disturbances, taking into account design restrictions on speed and overload. A lower-order observer is constructed for estimating derivative tracking errors from measurements of tracking errors. The results of numerical modeling of the developed algorithms are presented.

Аннотация
The tracking problem for the twin rotor MIMO electromechanical system is considered in the conditions of parametric uncertainties and under action of uncontrolled external disturbances. According to the block approach, the two procedures with the different types of local feedbacks are developed for the solution of the problem: with the nonlinear and with the piecewise-linear functions in feedbacks. These functions provide invariance to disturbances and satisfaction of the restrictions on the state variables and control actions.

The paper examines the design techniques of control charts intended for predicting critical time changes of lab-measured process indicators. A control chart design algorithm is offered for monitoring time changes of several product’s properties with autocorrelations between consecutive observations. The algorithm is based on the filtration of observations by a specially designed filter without edge effect and on the Hotelling statistics.

The paper presents a polynomial-time algorithm for rescheduling traffic when one track of a double-track railway becomes unavailable, the remaining track has a siding, and there are two categories of trains—priority trains such as passenger trains and ordinary trains such as the majority of freight trains. The presented algorithm minimises the negative effect, caused by the track blockage, first for the priority trains and then for the ordinary trains on the set of all schedules optimal for the priority trains.
