Аннотация
In this paper, we apply the method of geometrization of random vectors [1] to turbulent media, which we understand as random vector fields on base manifolds. This gives rise to various geometric structures on the tangent as well as cotangent bundles. Among these, the most important is the Mahalanobis metric on the tangent bundle, which allows us to obtain all the necessary ingredients for implementing the scheme [2] to the description of flows in turbulent media. As an illustration, we consider the applications to flows of real gases based on Maxwell–Boltzmann statistics.

Аннотация
Мы строим локальную вариационную структуру Пуассона (оператор Гамильтона) для (2 + 1)-мерного уравнения Эйлера в вихревой форме. Обратный оператор определяет нелокальную симплектическую структуру для уравнения. Мы описываем действие этого оператора на инфинитезимальные контактные симметрии в терминах дифференциальных покрытий над уравнением Эйлера. Кроме того, мы строим нелокальный оператор рекурсии для косимметрий. Наконец, мы обобщаем локальную вариационную структуру Пуассона для уравнения Эйлера на двумерном римановом многообразии.

Аннотация
We find the twisted extensions of the symmetry algebra of the 2D Euler equation in the vorticity form and use them to construct new Lax representation for this equation. Then we generalize this result by considering the transformation Lie--Rinehart algebras generated by finite-dimensional subalgebras of the symmetry algebra and derive a family of Lax representations for the Euler equation. The family depends on functional parameters and contains a non-removable spectral parameter.

For the first time, a unified single approach to the selection of both input and output variables of a stochastic model, i.e. to the problem of identifiability of a system with structural identification, is presented. This approach is based on a Rényi-consistent (all terms will be explained in the text) dependence measure of random variables and random vectors and does not assume any other a priori assumptions about the system itself or restrictive assumptions about the characteristics of the probability distributions of the components included in the system.

The problem of identifying the input-output mapping of multidimensional discrete-time stochastic systems using an information-theoretic criterion is considered. As an information-theoretic measure of dependence, which is the basis for constructing the corresponding criterion for statistical linearization, a measure based on the symmetric Kullback-Leibler divergence is proposed, in contrast to the usual Kullback-Leibler divergence, which, as is well known, is not symmetric. Based on such symmetric divergence, a corresponding measure of stochastic dependence is constructed, and the criterion of statistical linearization is the condition of pairwise coincidence of this measure of dependence, calculated for each component of the vector of the output variable of the system and each component of the vector of the input variable of the system, on the one hand, and the corresponding components of the output vector variable of the linearized model and the vector of the input variable of the system. This approach allows us to construct explicit analytical expressions for the weighting coefficients of the linearized model, which, at the same time, has the property of complete equivalence to the nonlinear system under study in the sense of coincidence of the corresponding information-theoretic characteristics.

Taking into account epistemic uncertainty in the preliminary aircraft design is relevant due to the lack of accurate and statistical information necessary for applying traditional deterministic and probabilistic mathematical models. When accurate initial data are not available, experts are usually involved in determining the parameters necessary to solve calculation and optimization problems. Experts form functions that reflect the distribution of values of non- deterministic parameters depending on the confidence level in the implementation of these values. To describe and use such functions in the preliminary aircraft design, it is proposed to use the theory of uncertainty, which enables one to calculate the numerical characteristics of the expressions that depend on uncertain parameters specified by uncertainty distributions. The paper focuses on solving the problem of taking into account the uncertainty of the optimized parameters, which arises when there is no confidence in the possibility of exact compliance with the selected design solutions. The developed models are studied within solving the task of the aircraft power plant parametric synthesis.

Abstract: With the increasing adoption of machine learning systems, concerns around bias and privacy have gained significant research interest. This work investigates the intersection of algorithmic fairness and differential privacy by evaluating differentially private fair representations. The LAFTR framework aims to learn fair data representations while maintaining utility. Differential privacy is injected into model training using DP-SGD to provide formal privacy guarantees. Experiments are conducted on the Adult, German Credit, and CelebA datasets, with gender and age as sensitive attributes. The models are evaluated across various configurations, including the privacy budget epsilon, adversary strength, and dataset characteristics. Results demonstrate that with proper tuning, differentially private models can achieve fair representations comparable or better than non-private models. However, introducing privacy reduces stability during training. Overall, the analysis provides insights into the tradeoffs between accuracy, fairness and privacy for different model configurations across datasets. The article gives the problem of resource assignment and performance optimisation in intelligent supply chain (ISC). The task of the resource assignment for intelligent supply chain is multi-product and multi-criterion task. Scale of the ISC determines the allocation of the suppliers and consumers of product. The customer demands for certain kind of product in ISC can be deemed as stochastic process. As goal of performance optimization task we should to evaluate parameters of ISC through assignment of production resources. The article presents the resource assignment model of ISC and its performance measures. On the base of simulation the verification and validation of presented model is carried out. The problem statement, solution method, numerical example and validation of model via simulation are represented for resource assignment and performance optimization model.

Аннотация
The aim of this study is to model optimal hydrogen supply chain from the eco-efficiency point of view. The study uses capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operation and maintenance expenditures (OPEX) as economic indicators on each stage of supply chain and environmental impacts calculated based on life cycle inventory and analysis methodology as environmental indicators. Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) is used as a tool for evaluation of the mixed economic and environmental performance of supply chain. The study shows that most efficient chains according to the criterion of integrated environmental and economic efficiency are wind energy - PEM electrolysis, hydro energy - PEM electrolysis and coal gasification with carbon capture and storage. The least eco-efficient option for hydrogen supply chain are options with thermal generation based on coal - electrolysis, due to relatively high capital costs of electrolysis and high negative environmental effects of the first stage.
