Аннотация
A new method for approximate solution of ill-posed inverse problems of reconstructing images of objects with angular resolution exceeding the Rayleigh criterion is proposed and justified, i.e. with super resolution. Angular super-resolution allows you to obtain images of objects with increased clarity and distinguish previously invisible details of images of complex objects. In addition, on this basis, the probability of correct solutions to problems of object recognition and identification increases. Mathematically, the problem is reduced to solving the linear Fredholm integral equation of the first kind of convolution type. Solutions are sought with additional conditions in the form of restrictions on the location and size of the desired radiation source, which makes it possible to regularize the problem. The method is a development of one of the parameterization methods the algebraic method. The solution is sought in the form of a representation of the desired function in the area where the source is located in the form of a series expansion over the input sequence of orthogonal functions with unknown coefficients. Thus, the inverse problem is parameterized and reduced to searching for expansion coefficients. The presented method is based on the use of a priori information about the localization area of the radiation source, or on an estimate of the location and size of this area obtained by scanning the viewing sector with a goniometer system. Using zero values of the function describing the source outside this region, for systems based on antenna arrays it is possible to find tens and even hundreds of expansion coefficients of the desired function in a Fourier series. The solution is constructed in the form of an iterative process with a consistent increase in the number of functions used in the expansion until the solution remains stable. The adequacy and stability of the solutions was verified during numerical experiments using a mathematical model. The results of numerical studies show that the presented methods of digital processing of received signals make it possible to achieve an effective angular resolution 3–10 times higher than the Rayleigh criterion. The proposed method makes it possible to miniaturize the antenna system without degrading its characteristics. Compared to known ones, it is relatively simple, which allows it to be used by systems in real time.

Аннотация
The paper presents an approach for the integrated use of expert systems and dynamic models in an intellectualized operator information support system (IOISS) for power units (PU) of nuclear power plants (NPP). The main functions of IOISS for operators of NPP PUs are identified, and the full-scale implementation of these functions based on predictive dynamic modeling of PU parameters and the use of expert systems is shown. The structure of the expert system, which is part of the IOISS operators, is considered. This approach to the IOISS of operators is used in developing upper level systems for instrumentation and control (I&C) systems for NPPs.

Аннотация
We consider a network of intermediate inputs trade between sectors of OECD Countries’ in 2020. Centrality indices are used to identify most vulnerable sectors in the network of intermediate inputs trade between 45 manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors of 76 countries. The network is based on the official data of inter-country input-output tables published in 2023 by OECD. We apply new centrality indices to identify sectors, which might be under the risk in case of an economic shock.

Abstract BACKGROUND: The initiation biomarker-driven trials have revolutionized oncology drug development by challenging the traditional phased approach and introducing basket studies. Notable successes in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with ALK, ALK/ROS1, and EGFR inhibitors have prompted the need to expand this approach to other cancer sites. OBJECTIVES: This study explores the use of dose response modeling and time-to-event algorithms on the biomarker molecular targeted agent (MTA). By simulating subgroup identification in MTA-related time-to-event data, the study aims to develop statistical methodology supporting biomarker-driven trials in oncology. METHODS: A total of n patients are selected assigned for different doses. A dataset is prepared to mimic the situation on Subgroup Identification of MTA for time to event data analysis. The response is measured through MTA. The MTA value is also measured through ROC. The Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) techniques are prepared to perform the proposed algorithm. The analysis is carried out with a simulation study. The subset selection is performed through the Threshold Limit Value (TLV) by the Bayesian approach. RESULTS: The MTA is observed with range 12–16. It is expected that there is a marginal level shift of the MTA from pre to post-treatment. The Cox time-varying model can be adopted further as causal-effect relation to establishing the MTA on prolonging the survival duration. The proposed work in the statistical methodology to support the biomarker-driven trial for oncology research. CONCLUSION: This study extends the application of biomarker-driven trials beyond NSCLC, opening possibilities for implementation in other cancer sites. By demonstrating the feasibility and efficacy of utilizing MTA as a biomarker, the research lays the foundation for refining and validating biomarker use in clinical trials. These advancements aim to enhance the precision and effectiveness of cancer treatments, ultimately benefiting patients.

Аннотация
We find two one-parametric families of recursion operators and use them to construct higher symmetries for the Calogero--Bogoyavlenskii--Schiff breaking soliton equation. Then we prove that the recursion operators from the first family pair-wise commute with respect to the Nijenhuis bracket (are compatible).

Аннотация
This paper presents an approach for constructing probabilistic approximation type algorithms used in system identification systems. The proposed approach allows obtaining recursive identification algorithms under fairly mild assumptions about noise and disturbances that distort the system. The obtained algorithm does not require inversion of the Hessian of the identification criterion and is robust to changes in the order of the Hessian. This example demonstrates good convergence properties of the obtained algorithm compared to conventional recursive systems.

Аннотация
The paper studies a variety of domains of preference orders that are closely related to single-peaked preferences. We develop recursive formulas for the number of single-peaked preference profiles and the number of preference profiles that are single-peaked on a circle. The number of Arrow’s single-peaked preference profiles is found for three, four, and five alternatives. Random sampling applications are discussed. For restricted tier preference profiles, a forbidden subprofiles characterization and an exact enumeration formula are obtained. It is also shown that each Fishburn’s preference profile is single-peaked on a circle preference profile, and Fishburn’s preference profiles cannot be characterized by forbidden subprofiles.

This paper investigates a game-theoretic model of agents interacting on a network to compare the efficiency of direct transfers to participants and changing the interaction network characteristics. We study the effect of various control policies - individual and structural interventions - in network games with linear best-response. It is shown that control of network characteristics can be more effective than homogeneous targeting intervention.

Technical and economic indicators (TEI) characterize the efficiency, reliability, and durability of power equipment during its operation. Based on automating the determination of TEI directly during the production of electricity, objective information can be obtained on the efficiency of the flow of technological processes, as well as on the actual state of power equipment. The conditions for optimal operation of power plants are determined in the process of analyzing its technical and economic indicators. Therefore, the analysis of indicators is one of the most important tasks of automated process control systems (APCS) of nuclear power plants, which largely determines the efficiency of the power unit.

We give a description of the field of rational natural differential invariants for a class of nonlinear differential operators of order k ≥ 2 on an n-dimensional manifold, n ≥ 2, and apply the results to the equivalence problem of such operators.
