Аннотация
The model of mixed types of agents in social networks is considered. For this model, the problems of information control and confrontation are solved. Two cases of confrontation are simulated: with the information interaction of network agents (the joint dynamics of their opinions and actions) and without information interaction. Equilibria are calculated for these situations.

Аннотация
The Global Computer Environment (GCE) has become the basis for increasing the size of large distributed systems with control. The conditions for their growth are determined by the positive synergy of the network effect according to Metcalf's law. The paper shows that heterogeneity is the main source of negative GCE synergy. Excessive growth in the cost of distributed systems is associated with the combinatorial complexity of the functional integration of initially heterogeneous network resources. Heterogeneity and intra-system imbalances of GCE development activate secondary sources of negative synergy. The paper presents an original approach to studying the fundamental intra-system regularities of GCE development as an integral object. - For the first time, the ways to eliminate the GCE intra-system negative synergy are shown, which open up opportunities to minimize the costs of creating and developing arbitrarily large distributed systems in GCE.

The features of updating programs and data in complex networks are considered. A scenario approach to updating in large-scale distributed systems is proposed. Algorithms for generating and executing scenarios are described. The main methods of updating software and information structures of application servers, database servers, and clients are defined.

The paper presents the results of a study of the possibility of using remote Doppler microwave sensors in some transport control systems. In particular, the problems of antilock braking systems during emergency braking, autonomous navigation, and unmanned control when moving along a given route. The advantages of sensors, which consist of the direct measurement of speed and displacement, are noted.

Аннотация
The problem of forming a training set for a multi-valued associative memory is considered. The concept of multi-valued associative memory is a new one; it generalizes a similar notion in fuzzy neural networks. In multi-valued associative memory, both inputs and outputs and weights are elements or subsets of a lattice of linguistic variables. A multi-valued associative memory is used to decide on the aircraft control mode.

Аннотация
This paper presents an approach to remote temperature control of a semiconductor light source (light-emitting diode - LED) with an unknown emissivity of the surface of its elements. We developed a testbed to study the thermal modes of LED modules and verify the proposed approach. In the experiment, the values of color temperature, direct voltage, full width at half maximum (FWHM), and the surface temperature of an LED module were obtained and analyzed. Based on the conducted studies, the temperature values obtained using the thermocouple, and thermal imager differ by no more than 3 °C. This fact confirms the adequacy and applicability of the proposed remote approach to the control of the temperature of the LED modules, including smart ones (based on the Internet of Things (IoT) technology). During the experiment, the correlated color temperature (CCT) of the LED module increased by about 60 K due to the luminophore degradation and the increase of the radiation intensity in the blue region of the spectrum. Further studies imply laboratory and practical experiments on remote temperature control of the LED modules with standard bulbs and IoT lighting devices.

We propose an integrative approach for modelling the symbolic information flows in information-analytical systems (IAS) and obtaining entropy characteristics for information management. We combine the entropy characteristics of the evaluated multimedia objects and the entropy estimates expert's opinions into a single algorithm for identification.
