Аннотация
The presented empirical study assesses the state of the cardiovascular system of Moscow schoolchildren living in different environmental conditions. 233 practically healthy schoolchildren (109 boys and 124 girls aged 11.4 to 12.6 years) took part in the comprehensive study of HRV and the state of adaptive processes when living in different ecological conditions of the capital megapolis. On the basis of different ecological and social conditions the schoolchildren were divided into 4 compared groups. The comparative analysis of the obtained HRV data of schoolchildren of different groups showed differences in the adaptation processes and in the indices of the wave activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic departments of the ANS.

Аннотация
The paper presents an approach to the development of a distributed energy resources management platform based on the digital twin (DT). The platform employs advanced Industry 4.0 technologies to let users improve the power supply quality, reduce costs, and gain emerging market opportunities. The DT and the platform are designed with the viewpoint-based approach established by the systems engineering standard ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010. The typical power system DT architecture is described. The distributed energy domain ontology provides the unified semantic basis for interaction between heterogeneous models that constitute the DT. The DT-based platform architecture is represented from three key viewpoints: functional, information, and software. To formalize and ultimately automate the DT composition process, we propose novel mathematical methods based on category theory.

In December 2020, the 29th International Conference on Problems of Complex Systems Security Control took place at Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), Moscow. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences RAS, Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics RAS, the RAS Scientific Council on the Theory of Controlled Processes and Automation, and the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters. The conference was attended by 123 authors from 49 organizations (Russia and several foreign countries)

Аннотация
This paper presents the method for automatic recognition of defects in aircraft riveted joints. The proposed method consists of three steps: pre-processing, feature extraction and classification. Feature extraction was then performed using discrete wavelet transform. Classification was performed using deep neural network. An example of solving the problem of detecting and recognizing a defect in rivets is considered.

Аннотация
Bilinear models allow to characterize more precisely the behavior of physical processes in electric power systems and thereby improve the quality of their monitoring and control. However, the use of even medium size bilinear models usually requires a lot of computations. In order to improve the efficiency of bilinear analysis of power systems, this paper proposes an accelerated algorithm for calculating the Gramians of bilinear dynamical systems, which also takes into account the effects of sparse matrices. The conventional algorithms iterates the whole matrix. In contrast, in the proposed algorithm we continue iterate only large enough components of the solution matrix and exclude from iterations those components of the Gramian for which corrections become small. The algorithm was implemented and tested for four bilinear models.

The conceptual tasks of modern digital-to-analog control of dynamic objects, for example, an unmanned aerial vehicle, are considered in order to ensure the stability of angular motion and increase accuracy. In the synthesis of the system, emphasis is placed on predicting the frequencies of the components of discrete feedbacks in combination with the control algorithm and analog devices.

Аннотация
The solution of the problem of controlling the angular motion of a space structure during its assembly in space is proposed. The assembled space structure is a mechanical system containing flexible elements. When assembling with the help of a space robot, uncontrolled disturbances of the angular coordinates of the structure occur. The solution is based on obtaining estimates of the perturbed coordinates with their subsequent damping.

In the paper, we consider the problem of stabilization of a desired position of underactuated trolley of transport crane under conditions of the action of external and parametric disturbances. For reducing oscillations of the road with a payload and suppressing uncertainties, sigmoid smooth and bounded functions are used to form the reference trajectory and the control law, respectively.
