Аннотация
For a single-channel electromechanical control plant, we have developed a dynamic generator to handle non-smooth program motions, simplifying the planning of realizable trajectories. The generator generates a smooth motion reference signal in real time while tracking an initial step signal, subject to the velocity and acceleration constraints of the control plant.

Аннотация
We focus on weakening a dangerous community. The paper investigates a problem of an external and soft control of a community. At first, we checked an assumption about the connection between the features of the vertices and the presence of an edge between the vertices was checked. Then, two models were proposed to model a dynamics - a modification of Barabaci-Albert model and a new reconnection model based on the general classical ideas, as in the Watts-Strogatz model. Within the framework of such models, the control problem was naturally reduced to the separation problem. Furthermore, we proposed greedy and stochasti algorithms to solve it. The algorithms were applied to real and synthetic data and we shown their strengths and weaknesses.

This article is devoted to the study of the problems of developing cognitive models of personality psychological makeup based on digital portrait data. The authors present results of the analysis of data collection technologies which are used to form digital portraits of a person and the problems of personal data security in the network and research scenario study of the developed graph cognitive model of the personality psychological makeup and the processes of informational influence on it.

The paper presents a conceptual mathematical model of lymphopoiesis that describes the dynamics of the T cell and B cell immune response after the single introduction of the vaccine. Results indicate that effective immune response requires different vaccine dosages for different age groups.

Аннотация
The work examines the tasks associated with the analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of investment strategies of generating companies, taking into account the stimulation of the development of renewable energy generation based on the mechanism of green certificates and market pricing mechanisms. The paper proposes a mathematical model that allows, based on numerical modeling, to study the problem of analyzing the functioning of the “green certificates” market and its impact on the development of renewable energy sources. The review, a publication on this issue, shows that the proposed approach is relevant and contributes to analyzing the RES market. These studies are relevant for Russia as part of the Energy Transition Program.

The author developed an approach that defines the methodological basis for creating advanced information systems. The systems are made for decision-making support during investigation of accidents’ causes in large-scale systems. It bases on mathematical models of events’ filters. The article includes examples of the approach’s application for aviation systems.

Аннотация
The paper is devoted to the issues of data mining and building on their basis predictive models for systems of diagnostics and monitoring of the technological process of facilities of critical information infrastructure. The paper considers a method to information analysis for the construction of instant models of forecasting parameters of technological process with consideration, detailing coefficients of multiple-scale wavelet transformation. An example of the use of the proposed approach for prediction and assessment of the risk potential of the temperature of the feed water behind the high-pressure heater in the power unit of the NPP is presented.
