Аннотация
This paper considers the multi-sector model of the technological core of an economy, mathematical methods for its analysis, and procedures for calculating an indicative plan to re- structure the core. The productivity of this core is proposed as a formalized criterion (indicator) for the effectiveness of structural innovations. The following optimization problem is stated: find a balanced state maximizing productivity by planned changes in the output and price indi- ces. An equivalent transformation method is developed for the model considering the achieved values of the indicators. Several propositions concerning the properties of equilibrium and bal- anced states are proved. As a result, a multistage procedure is constructed to calculate the trajec- tory bringing the economic system closer to a balanced state. The multi-sector model is ana- lyzed to compare the uncontrolled and controlled modes of development. The uncontrolled mode simulates the state of a market economy: no centralized management of the economy, sustainability, and relatively low GDP growth rates. The controlled mode involves the strategic planning methodology. As shown below, due to indicative strategic planning, the productivity of Russia’s economy can significantly increase even at the first plan implementation stages. The proposed indicative planning methodology is mathematically justified. Numerical examples of its implementation on real statistical data are given. According to the paper’s results, centralized planning institutions should be established for developing the technological infrastructure of Russia’s economy. Such institutions are of current importance due to the international economic and political situation.

This paper presents a conceptual applied geographic information system (AGIS) for modeling search correlation-extreme navigation systems (CENSs) to control moving objects. As demonstrated below, the development and mass implementation of autonomous navigation systems of this type as the only alternative to satellite navigation systems can currently be based on subject-oriented information technology. The AGIS can be used to assemble models of a wide range of CENSs and models of technologies for adjusting their operation in specified areas with necessary computational experiments. The required software components, storage structure, and interface features are determined by constructing a general mathematical model. While preserving all specifics of the search algorithms of CENSs, this model covers the well-known image combining algorithms and, moreover, includes a synthesis scheme for search algorithms of newtype CENSs using pattern recognition and scene analysis, clustering, neural network training, and cloud data processing. Stress testing is the most important type of computational experiments with CENS models. A mathematical model of stress effects is constructed for a particular case. It describes various operating conditions for CENSs, including fatal deviations from normal operation.

This paper further develops the concept of an applied geographic information system (AGIS) for modeling search correlation-extreme navigation systems (CENSs), which was presented in [4]. As shown below, the AGIS can be configured to perform computational experiments with computer models of the existing CENSs and those undergoing various development stages without programming in universal languages. Strict reliability requirements for CENSs increase the role of testing their computer models under stress exposures. During stress testing, the negative effects of different exposures on autonomous navigation conditions are assessed in application areas. Such exposures are not considered at the CENS design stage (reference point masking, distortion of terrain objects borders, etc.). The exposures that prevent CENSs from performing their tasks effectively (critical exposures) are described. Stability to critical exposures is a strong motivation for improving all CENS elements: sensors of geophysical fields, onboard algorithms, and CENS preparation procedures for performing particular tasks in application areas. The mathematical model of approximation by generalized step functions [4] is used to analyze critical exposures on CENS operation. Computer simulation models of different shooting systems are considered as the most important sources of initial data on the approximated function. The mathematical model of stress exposures on CENSs that match images by the mutual correlation criterion is developed further.

The paper proposes a model for authenticating mobile access subjects in a critical system. The incident detection mechanism is based on training and classification of the user activity audit log dataset embedded in the underlying configuration of the content management system. The proposed mechanisms can be implemented in systems whose subjects have some terrain movement patterns (within a city, district). The proposed model eliminates the disadvantages of existing traditional authentication methods based on the use of explicit verification methods. KNN methods, SVM and random forest algorithm are used for classification. These classification methods are formalized mathematically in the context of the set authentication problem, and to confirm the effectiveness of the algorithm, the robustness of the model by Euclidean metric and Chebyshev metric is evaluated, as well as the information content of the input features that affect the classification by each of the considered methods.

The progress in the development of robotics in the last decade around the world allows us to say that today this field of science is very relevant. The list of problems still includes the issues of control signal transmission - including the possibility of using various neural interfaces, such as oculographic, based on electroencephalogram signals, exoskeleton and others is actively investigated. The work investigates the possibility of reading the operator's control signal in the form of blinks by means of the electroencephalogram. The authors present a scheme of the approach, a description of the software prototype and examples of its operation. The study has shown that the approach of transmitting a control signal through the operator's eye blinks using a brain-computer interface allows you to control the robot in real time. This development can be applied to create a control system for an unmanned aerial vehicle or other robot.

We consider the architectures of convolutional neural networks used to assess the emotional state of a person by their speech. The problem of increasing the efficiency of emotion recognition by reducing the computational complexity of this process is solved. To this end, we propose a method transforming the input data into a form suitable for machine learning algorithms.

The paper deals with transformation of solutions of the equation that have a number of conservation laws. When a dissipative term is added to the equation its conserved quantities decay at individual rates, that are connected to their generating functions (a phenomenon known as a selective decay). This allows to study effects of the resulting dissipative transformation of solutions. In particular, the extremals of the linear combination of conserved quantities are demonstrated to be closely associated with travelling wave solutions and their transformations.

Abstract—When developing oil fields, periodic wave disturbances are used to increase the well flow rate and increase the ultimate oil recovery of the reservoirs. In an inhomogeneous medium, in the presence of dissipation and/or dispersion, the harmonic oscillations generated in the well bottoms turn into sawtooth waves with periodic shock fronts. The article describes and investigates one- and two-dimensional nonlinear mathematical models of such processes.

A simple mathematical model examines the interrelation of three socio-economic formations – capitalism, socialism and communism. The authors introduce the factor of the public consciousness level. Its growth is a necessary condition for the transition to communism. However, the acceleration of the movement towards communism today requires a reduction in social wealth.
