Аннотация
The paper presents the results of analyzing existing approaches and models to estimate bandwidth and delays in the wireless channel, as well as energy consumption and maximum operating time of a robot/unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) when using visual simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) algorithms with remote data transmission and processing via an IEEE 802.11ac wireless network. Simulation modeling for estimating channel throughput, mean value of delay, packet delivery ratio, energy and power cost for transmission (based on the considered models and approaches), and the maximum possible flight time of a UAV in hovering mode when transmitting data between the robot and the conditional remote data processing server was carried out. In general, data pre-processing on the UAV side (feature identification, extraction, and coding, etc.) and sending the resulting data to the server for further processing and retrieval of keyframes/map updates should be considered for practical field tests of remote visual SLAM algorithms.

Аннотация
The paper addresses the challenges related to the information task of an APCS used in nuclear power plants. Specifically, it discusses the development of predictive models capable of calculating technical and economic indicators, utilizing essential parameters of the power unit. The models are built by conducting a thorough analysis of wavelet decomposition coefficients, ensuring accurate approximation and detailed analysis. Additionally, the paper presents an improved algorithm for evaluating the risk potential associated with the technological process.

Аннотация
The report presents an algorithm for selecting weights in a multi-valued cognitive map up to the second order. In such a map, variables (concepts and weights) are elements of a linguistic variable lattice, and there is no transition from them to numbers. This map is used to decide about the aircraft control mode. The decision results are compared with the decision using multi-valued associative memory.

Аннотация
We examine a model that focuses on forming an information cascade of user comments on a post within an online social network. These comments exhibit various attitudes toward a specific issue and can be categorized as positive, negative, or neutral. The probability of a user composing a comment with a particular attitude is influenced by their initial opinion and the collection of previously posted comments they encounter. The arrangement of these comments in a specific order is determined by the social network's algorithm. Through simulation modeling, this study investigates the impact of the algorithm on the properties of the resulting information cascade.

Аннотация
The article is devoted to an asymptotic behavior of a multi-agent system with information links. We proved that the orthogonal projection method proposed for the regularization of the consensus protocol is characterized by a pseudoinverse matrix for the introduced auxiliary matrix for an arbitrary communication digraph of a multi-agent system. We cosidered the eigenprojection of the Laplacian matrix corresponding to the communication digraph, in which the influences on the fixed agent change proportionally. We obtained a number of results that are of independent importance and can be used in models of multi-agent systems with different protocols.

A novel approach is proposed to suppress bounded exogenous disturbances in linear control systems using a PI controller. The approach is based on reducing the original problem to a nonconvex matrix optimization problem. A gradient method for finding the controller’s parameters is derived and its justification is provided. The corresponding recurrence procedure is rather effective and yields quite satisfactory controllers in terms of engineering performance criteria. This paper continues a series of the author’s research works devoted to the design of feedback control laws from an optimization point of view.

In an airborne geophysical survey, the control of moving objects requires forming optimal program (reference) trajectories. Optimality criteria differ depending on the tasks to be performed. The most obvious criterion is the time in which an object reaches its final position from an initial position. Problems with such a criterion are known as time-optimal control problems. This paper considers two control problems of this class related to the performance of a flight task by an aircraft during an airborne geophysical survey. Such a survey is traditionally carried out along a network of parallel routes. Accordingly, the first mode is to start the next survey route. The second mode is to approach the current straight segment of the route. The corresponding time-optimal control problems are posed and solved. The resulting solutions are the reference trajectories for the start and approach modes. The solutions are formally analyzed and methods for forming optimal trajectories and the corresponding controls implementing these trajectories are described. The onboard software implementation of these algorithms is described.
