Аннотация
The article is devoted to problems related with the development of algorithms for creating, optimizing and placing of orthogonal polyhedrons of arbitrary dimension. Under N-dimensional orthogonal polyhedron is understood a composite object represented as a set of N-dimensional parallelepipeds with a fixed position relative to each other, which is considered as a whole. The need to solve the problem of placing a set of objects in the form of orthogonal polyhedrons of arbitrary dimension arises when solving a large number of practical problems in the automation of design and production. In particular, solving the layout problems of equipment and space, problems of cutting materials, problems of designing very large-scale integrated circuits, and optimizing the distribution of resources in computing and production systems, as well as many other actual problems, can be reduced to solving the problem of packing orthogonal polyhedrons. To create a new N-dimensional orthogonal polyhedron, the operations of addition, subtraction and multiplication of orthogonal objects are implemented. With the aim to increase the placement speed of orthogonal polyhedrons which were created with using the voxel model, an algorithm for partitioning of an orthogonal polyhedron into many non-overlapping each other as large as possible large orthogonal objects is proposed. In the scientific literature, there are no solutions to the problem of partitioning an orthogonal polyhedron of arbitrary dimension. The proposed partitioning algorithm is based on the usage of a model of potential containers developed to solve the orthogonal packing problems of arbitrary dimension. To obtain a container of arbitrary shape, a possibility of setting its geometric constraints with an orthogonal polyhedron is implemented. The article presents an algorithm developed for packing an N-dimensional orthogonal polyhedrons inside containers of arbitrary geometric shape, based on the application of multiplication orthogonal polyhedrons operations to obtain the set of points of permissible placement of each considered object. The examples of solving the problems of cutting the industrial materials into objects of irregular shapes, as well as solving the problems of placement complex objects created with using the voxel model into containers of various geometric shapes (including sphere and cone) are given. The effectiveness of the application of the developed algorithms is shown on the example of solving the problem of generation a dense layout of details on a 3D printer platform.

Аннотация
The problem of optimal distribution of the current load of a combined heat and power plant with a complex composition of equipment is considered. A multi-criteria approach is proposed for parts of graphs with a constant load in time, considering the factors of economy, reliability and ecology. For sections of the graph with a time-variable load, we consider the formulation of a dynamic optimization problem. In order to increase the intelligence of solving the tasks set, we propose a variant of building an intelligent system that, in addition to a number of intelligent functions, aims to: switch to the principle of advanced (predictive) control when performing the dispatching schedule of loads; select the number of criteria under consideration; evaluate the values of unmeasured or poorly measured parameters; identify the current technical condition of equipment, as well as recommend either a solution available in the database, or perform new calculations.

Modern control systems designed to automate the control of process equipment in industrial plants require the provision of serious security mechanisms and functions. The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has highlighted the urgent need to implement remote access for operators of such enterprises, including access to some interfaces of industrial systems. Current information security challenges require modernization of the defense-in-depth of such facilities, including protection against compromising credentials by developing new solutions in the field of authentication of system subjects. This paper proposes a method for forming a profile of access subject authentication allowing differentiated development of adaptive algorithms to verify the legitimacy of operations. This eliminates the disadvantages of existing traditional authentication methods based on the use of explicit verification methods associated with the fact that in order to establish the authenticity of the user are used identifying characteristics that can be compromised by attackers. The paper presents the results of comparing the information content of different attributes when forming a subject access profile. The experiments confirmed the successful application of the proposed approach for different groups of access subjects and cyberphysical systems.

The article presents a neural network for convolution of aerial survey images to search and localize objects. When developing a convolutional neural network for convolution of aerial survey images, it is advisable to use the power of cloud technologies, by deploying the CNN on a cloud server. In this article, to construct a convolutional neural network with a full-scale network strategy, we used ResNet, of which architecture is bas. For traditional convolutional functions, neural networks in the process of convolution are characterized by a local receptive field, which can lead to the generation of local features. Encoding long-range contextual information is not performed properly, and the resulting local features can lead to significant potential disagreements between the features under study, which correspond to pixels with the same tags, resulting in inconsistencies within the class. pixels, eventually leading to low recognition efficiency. To solve this problem, the article improved the convolutional neural network for convolution of aerial survey images.

The problem of optimal control of the CHP operation modes with a complex composition of equipment, including traditional heating units and steam-gas installations, is considered. The features of the operation of the specified equipment at reduced loads and their consideration in the optimization of modes based on a multi-criteria approach, taking into account the criteria of efficiency and reliability, are given. The possibility of applying various mathematical methods of multi-criteria optimization to solve the problem in the presence of a large number of internal and external constraints and conditions in the form of inequalities and balance equations is considered. The features of solving this problem at various stages of entering the power and capacity market of the CHP are presented.

The possibility of integrating station-level optimization algorithms into the application software of modern program and technical complexes (PTC) in order to increase the intelligence of the automatic control systems (ACS TP) of thermal power plants is considered. On the example of the actual task of managing the current technical and economic indicators (TEI) of power units, general methodological approaches to the development of a set of algorithms for calculating and analyzing current and regulatory indicators are considered. The article presents a methodology for evaluating the feasibility and timing of restoration work on the cooling surfaces of the condenser in order to eliminate or minimize the deviation of the current increased pressure in it from the standard value. The complexities of integrating algorithms for calculating and analyzing block-level TEI into the PTC software are shown, and possible ways to solve them are given.
