The classical implicit function theorem states that if X, Y , and Z are Banach spaces and F is a continuously differentiable mapping from a neighborhood of a point (x, y) ∈ X × Y into Z such that F(x, y)=0 and Fy(x, y) is an invertible operator, then there exists a continuously differentiable mapping (implicit function) ϕ from a neighborhood of V of the point x into Y for which the equality F(x, ϕ(x)) = 0 holds for all x ∈ V . It turns out that, under these assumptions, more is true: there exists an implicit function not only for the mapping F, but also for all mappings that are close enough (in a certain sense) to F. Moreover, if a mapping close to F is continuously differentiable, then the corresponding implicit function is also continuously differentiable. Such properties are important for applications in situations where the source data is not precise or where an “intricate” mapping F is approximated by a simpler one.

Аннотация
We have constructed an analytical model of the magnetic field over a region of the Martian surface using satellite raw data and S-approximations within the modified structural-parametric approach. The method mentioned above implies considering the environment features as a function included in an integral. We approximated the anomalous field by the sum of simple and double layers distributed over two concentric spheres lying at different depths below the reference surface. We have presented an analytic downward continuation of the magnetic field of Mars at various distances, including the planet's surface.

Аннотация
An analytical model of the magnetic field over the Martian surface in the southwestern part of the Elysium Planitia is constructed using satellite data and modified S-approximations within the framework of the structural-parametric approach. Analytic downward continuations of the magnetic field of Mars at various altitudes, including the planet’s surface, are presented.

Аннотация
A theoretical model of the distribution of magnetization is developed using the Landau–Lifshitz domain structure experimentally established in thin FeNiCo films with uniaxial anisotropy and drawing on the Néel classical theory of domain walls and its modified versions. Periods of the equilibrium domain structure predicted using a model for films with different widths and thicknesses are in excellent agreement with results obtained via magnetic force microscopy.

Аннотация
The problems of artificial intelligence, control and decision-making with incomplete or unreliable information include a wide class of problems of abductive explanation of the observed, including cause–effect problems. The study is devoted to the substantiation of the method of logical formation of hypotheses explaining the observed. Means of knowledge representation and derivation of hypotheses are proposed. A language possessing the property of substitutability is introduced. The properties of language and the calculi introduced in it provide hypothesizing by combining deduction and abduction. In contrast to the well-known logical methods of abduction, the proposed techniques make it possible to derive hypotheses (minorants) that are necessary and sufficient for a formal explanation of the observed. Based on minorants in combination with the basic theory of the subject area, reliable causes of the observed or relevant circumstances leading to these causes are formed. In this case, in situations with the availability of empirical data, these causes and circumstances can also be formed in plausible versions. Examples from technology and medicine are considered.

Today, Industrial Control System (ICS) databases are incredibly complicated with quite prolonged iterative lifecycle where every new iteration is driven by a new version of the database assignment. For the correct databases development, the assignments should be consistent and correspond to special requirements, but this is not always the case. Therefore, the checking, or verification, of the assignments is becoming especially important. However, the appropriate problem of databases assignments verification is not widely discussed, and available verification methods are not suitable enough for solving the problem. The article clarifies the place of the assignments verification in the ICS databases lifecycle and presents a novel algorithm for the assignments verification. The particular implementation of the algorithm is also considered. As an example, the results of the verification of the assignments for the NPP ICS databases are presented.

Аннотация
In this paper, the key stages of applying the MNM-method are represented by the example of designing the microfluidic generator of the 100-µm feature size. This is very important from the view point of the practical application, because the microfluidics is increasingly used to create high-technology products. For instance, the microfluidics provides potential to create promising non-electric reserve control systems (RCS). The prospectivity of RCS is mainly determined by the resistance of the microfluidics to multiple destabilizing factors resulting in failures of electronics (for instance, radioactive and corpuscular emissions, electromagnetic emission, high temperatures, etc.). The microfluidics has its own approaches to generating, saving, transforming, and transmitting the data. Therefore, the microfluidics allows new original cybernetic systems to be developed by means of the non-electronic element base. At the present time, the fields taking advantage of the microfluidics also are microanalytics, micromechanics, biotechnology, bioengineering and other complex scientific areas.
