The paper analyzes the development prospects for aircraft navigation systems using onboard geophysical field measurements. Prospective systems that are not widely applied yet are considered: magnetic gradiometers measuring the stationary magnetic field gradient, gravity gradiometers measuring the gravity field gradient, and electromagnetic systems measuring the alternating part of magnetic field. We discuss the main problems to be solved during airborne measurements of these parameters and give an overview of algorithms and hardware solutions. We analyse the results of onboard measurements and estimate the possible navigation accuracy.

The robustness of linear systems with constant coefficients is considered. There are methods and tools for analyzing the stability of systems with random or deterministic uncertainties. At the same time, there are no approaches to the analysis of systems containing both types of parametric uncertainty. The article classifies the types of robustness and introduces a new type—“mixed parametric robustness”—which includes several variations. The proposed statements of mixed robustness problems can be viewed as intermediate versions between the classical deterministic and probabilistic approaches to robustness. Several cases are listed in which the problems are easy to solve. In the general case, stability tests based on the scenario approach can be applied to robust systems; however, these tests can be computationally costly. A simple graph-analytical approach based on robust \(D \)-decomposition (robust \(D \)-partition) is proposed to calculate the desired stability probability. This method is suitable for the case of a small number of random parameters. The final stability probability estimate is calculated in a deterministic way and can be found with arbitrary precision. Approximate methods for solving the above problems are described. Examples and a generalization of mixed robustness to other types of systems are given.

Аннотация
The problem of finding the complete set of admissible configurations of a distribution network is considered. When solving this problem, the tools of graph theory are used to find the limit graphs. A new method for finding the complete set of limit graphs is proposed, and a number of properties of this method and its soundness are proved. The efficiencies of various methods are compared on a qualitative level, and it is shown that our method is distinguished by a considerably higher computational speed.

Аннотация
The aim of the work was to create an effective method of control of linear measuring systems functioning in the conditions of the prevailing influence of distortions caused by variability in time of measuring conversion parameters. The method and the algorithm of control of measurements of the quasi-stationary periodic process spectrum in frequency-domain and form in time-domain are presented, consisting in the simultaneous separate observation of the parameters of the process under probe and the parameters of the measuring system with the subsequent introduction of corrections. The control of system parameters is carried out using the artificial stationary polyharmonic sample impact. The spectra of the main and sample processes are not intersected. A synthesizing method of the form in time-domain of the sample impact process is presented. The main limitations and the range of conditions for the possible application of the method are determined, its effectiveness is shown on the example of the experimental data obtained during the low-frequency inductive electrical prospecting system functioning in alternating magnetic field measuring mode.
