Аннотация
We consider reversible mechanical systems that have the property of space-time symmetry and are distinguished by a linear transformation of the phase space. It is assumed that the system admits a nondegenerate symmetric periodic motion. The problem of stabilizing the oscillations of a controlled reversible mechanical system is solved, controls are found, an attracting cycle is constructed, and an example is given.

Linked data structures combine a variety of most effective data structures used in a large number of algorithms. Any linked data structure represents a data structure which organized as a set of elements with links of each to other. Unlike one-dimensional array, in which all its elements are located in memory next to each other, in a linked data structure elements may be located in different memory locations. On the basis of linked data structures can be created new combined and modified data structures. Usage of linked data structures provides an increase in speed of insertion and deletion of elements compared with linear arrays of data. Among the most common effective simple data structures organized as linked data structures, we can select lists, stacks and queues that are the subject of this chapter. In the chapter is given a detailed realization of a linked list using the object-oriented programming language C++. In this chapter also is proposed a modified linked data structure – a multilevel linked data structure which is represented in a form of a set of recursively embedded each to other linear linked lists. The efficiency of a practical application of this data structure is shown on an example of solving of the NP-completed orthogonal packing problem.

Airborne electromagnetic methods are characterized in detail. A classification of airborne electromagnetic systems is presented. Modern active frequency-domain, time-domain and combined electromagnetic systems, and electromagnetic passive systems are discussed. The paper demonstrates specific aspects to be considered in the development and operation of airborne electromagnetic systems. The paper discusses aspects of processing of signals measured onboard, and techniques to improve system susceptibility, mobility and reliability. Survey results are presented. The paper shows what kind of problems can be effectively resolved today using airborne electromagnetic surveys.

Аннотация
Using Pyatnitskiy’s theorem on the transition from a system of two matrix inequalities to one equivalent to it, it turns out to re-prove some classical results and obtain new results. The results obtained are illustrated by examples in which the existence question of a quadratic Lyapunov function is solved for systems with switchings between four linear subsystems.

The technology of ground-based and airborne helicopter-based electromagnetic survey measurements aimed at the assessment of prospective areas for water is described. For the complex geocryological conditions of Yakutia, the effectiveness of the time-domain and frequency-domain transient electromagnetics in identifying the zones recommended for water-well drilling is demonstrated.

Intelligent Systems for Personal Data Cyber Security is a critical component of the Personal Information Management of Medicaid Enterprises. Intelligent Systems for Personal Data Cyber Security combines components of Cyber Security Systems with Human-Computer Interaction. It also uses the technology and principles applied to the Internet of Things. The use of software-hardware concepts and solutions presented in this report is, in the authors' opinion, some step in the working-out of the Intelligent Systems for Personal Data Cyber Security in Medicaid Enterprises. These concepts may also be useful for developers of these types of systems.

Аннотация
We propose a new controller parameter adaptive law that guarantees the exponentialstability of the classical dynamic model of the tracking error without using its coordinates in theadaptive law and relaxes some classical assumptions and requirements of adaptive control theory(the need to know the sign/value of the control input gain, the need for an experimental choice ofthe adaptive law gain, and the requirement to the tracking error transfer function to be strictlypositive real considering the output feedback control). The applicability of the proposed law toadaptive state and output feedback control problems is shown. The advantages of developedapproach over the existing ones are demonstrated mathematically and experimentally.

Аннотация
Equations defined by locally Lipschitz continuous mappings with a parameter are considered. Implicit function theorems for this equation are obtained. The regularity condition is formulated in the terms of the Clarke Jacobian. Implicit functions estimates are derived. It is shown that the considered regularity assumptions are weaker than most of the known ones. The obtained implicit function theorems are applied to derive conditions for upper semicontinuity of the optimal value function for parameterized optimization problems.

In this paper, for a continuous function defined on a closed subset of a Banach space and differentiable on the interior of the domain, the infimum of the norm of the first derivative is estimated through the variation of the function on the boundary of the domain. A similar result is obtained for locally Lipschitz functions. These results generalize the previously known estimates of the infimum of the norm of the derivative in terms of the variation of the function on the entire domain. Under the assumption that the considered function is twice differentiable on the interior of the domain, similar estimates for the infimum of the norm of the first-order derivative and the estimates of the values of the second-order derivative are obtained. The proof of these results is based on the application of the modifications of the Bishop-Phelps variational principle and the Borwein-Preiss smooth variational principle. As applications of these results, we obtain second-order necessary optimality conditions for minimizing sequences. This proposition is proved under an additional assumption on the norm of the Banach space valid for a wide class of function spaces. In addition, some of the described results are generalized for mappings, acting in Banach spaces ordered by pointed closed convex cones.

Аннотация
This paper considers coupled conservative systems, each admitting a family of single-frequency oscillations without coupling. The oscillations of the entire system are stabilized. Smooth autonomous universal coupling controls are found. An orbitally asymptotically stable cycle is constructed. The natural stabilization of such a cycle is established. The oscillations of conservative systems are synchronized by frequency and phase.
