Аннотация
This study aims at the issues of evaluating the effectiveness of organizations and determining significant factors for its improvement. Effectiveness valuation is measured by the distance of the organization to the efficient production frontier (EPF). We consider two main approaches to the construction of EPF: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA). We analyzed and compared these approaches, applying the developed procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of two groups of organizations from different production sectors (mechanical engineering and oil refining). We conducted 1) building empirical estimates of technological efficiency, 2) identifying factors that contribute to the technological inefficiency of the organization, 3) comparing efficiency factors and inefficiency factors for two groups of enterprises.

Аннотация
Continuous improvements in the hardware, software and algorithms of unmanned vehicles (UVs) are nearing their mass deployment in all physical environments, including within unmanned groups, and with traditional means of transport controlled by the operators (drivers). Notwithstanding the measures taken to improve security and resilience, UVs as complicated cyberphysical systems have a number of vulnerabilities and failure points. This paper comprises the review of known vulnerabilities and failure points (including those in group control scenarios), and the development of the proposals to improve the resilience and security of UVs, and addresses the identified issues.

This paper presents the assessment of cybersecurity of the non-industrial unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV; using DJI Tello as an example) wireless control channel, implemented on the basis of Wi-Fi Wireless Local Area Network technology. As a result of the research, a model of an adversary conducting a cyberattack on the UAV communication channel was developed, and scenarios of an intruder's actions (aimed at taking control of the UAV or disabling it) were considered. Relevant block diagrams of the actions of an adversary were also developed. Based on the results of the analysis, a security strategy is proposed. It provides the maximum possible protection (based on the technical characteristics of the drone) and comprises not only passive protection in the form of setting a tough password, but also active actions –deploying a system to monitor the injections of deauthentication/dissociation frames and/or the creation of duplicate wireless networks.

Аннотация
The current paper demonstrates the effective capabilities of deep neural networks in solving the problem of identification of constellations from a photo of the sky in conditions of a priori uncertainty, incomplete observability and stochastic disturbances. The quality of solution 0,927 by metric F1 is obtained. In order to achieve the result, the original ResNet-like architecture of the convolution neural network was synthesized; statistical analysis of the dataset was carried out, the function of losses and strategy of neural network training were developed, and an accurate criterion of constellation observability in the image was formed. The observation of noise influence on the quality and stability of solutions was carried out.

The trajectory is assumed to be a combination of a series of Lambert's problems solutions. The problem was solved numerically with taking into account the ephemeris. In this paper the two exotic particular cases are studied for the first time: 1) wave transmission from vacuum to a biaxial anisotropic medium for a sliding plane wave propagation in vacuum; 2) wave transmission from a biaxial anisotropic medium to vacuum when the tangential component of a wavevector is equal to wavenumber in vacuum. The analytical models for these cases are obtained. В данной статье исследован случай скользящего прохождения волны над поверхностью раздела изотропной среды и анизотропной структуры. Описано такое экзотическое явление, как эффект «просачивания волны» в анизотропный фотонный кристалл. Получены выражения углов отклонения луча, коэффициентов отражения и прохождения для структуры ячейки, а также проведены численные расчеты для рассматриваемого случая в среде MAPLE17. Показано, что возможно подобрать параметры материалов таким образом, чтобы в структуре распространялась только необыкновенная волна, а обыкновенная затухала в приграничной области.

Today teraflop performance photon computing systems are required for solving complex problems. Such photon computing systems consist of thousands processors which communicate with each other via photon switching system. In our project the photon switching systems that consist of fundamentally new 4x4 switching cells are under consideration. These new photon switching systems have low complexity, small number of stages and high performance. The models and algorithms of the 16x16 and 256x256-switching systems with decentralized control are developed and these ones are described in detail for the first time. The expressions for the complexity and delay time of the developed schemes are obtained and its comparison with Shpanke, Benes and Benes-Shpanke schemes are carried out. В работе рассматриваются фотонные коммутационные системы, которые строятся на принципиально новых ячейках 4х4. Такие системы обладают меньшей сложностью, меньшим диаметром (числом каскадов) и высокой производительностью. Впервые рассматриваются модели и алгоритмы работы коммутационных систем 16х16 и 256х256 с децентрализованным контролем. Представлены выражения для расчета сложности и времени задержки в предлагаемых схемах. Проведен сравнительный анализ характеристик предлагаемых систем и известных схем.

We consider the conflict between the stability margins and the degree of stability (the latter determines speed of response) as engineering performance indices of closed loop system for a plant with stable zeros. The H ∞ synthesis and the pole placement control design procedures are used to show through examples that assignment of "overly stable" closed loop poles leads to dramatic decrease of stability margins. It is shown that stability margins do not indicate the system robust properties in the case of the plant with the relative order being no more than one when the controller cancels all plant zeros. The continuous time and discrete time cases are studied.

In this paper linear discrete-time systems with polytopic uncertainties affected by random external disturbances are under consideration. The input disturbance is supposed to be a random sequence with known mean anisotropy, which stands for a spectral color of the signal. The anisotropic norm of the system indicates its stochastic gain from the input disturbance with the same mean anisotropy level to the output of the system. The aim of the paper is to derive numerical procedures to analysis and state-feedback control of linear discrete systems with polytopic uncertainties using anisotropy-based performance criterion. The analysis problem is to check robust stability and performance index of the uncertain system with respect to random input disturbances with known mean anisotropy level. The control problem is to find state-feedback gain that robustly stabilizes the uncertain system and guarantees desired anisotropy-based performance index for all possible uncertainties. In order to solve this problem matrix inequalities approach is used to obtain the numerically effective procedure. To illustrate the efficiency of the proposed conditions, a numerical example is considered.

One of the main advantages of multiple antenna systems is the support of multi-user connections, simultaneously transmitting parallel data streams. This can significantly increase the overall system throughput. However, the spectral efficiency can be additionally increased through the usage of various dynamic strategies which take into account the current state of the system. Here we propose a method to evaluate the effectiveness of such strategies with the help of appropriate mathematical models. Purpose: Development of mathematical models for a multi-user MIMO system which would allow you to evaluate the average delay of a file transfer. Results: Mathematical models of the MIMO system are presented in the form of discrete/continuous time queuing systems for three user service strategies. We provide formulas for estimating the average file transfer delay in a closed form, which simplify numerical analysis as compared to the well-known methods using mathematical models in continuous time. This method allows you to find the most effective strategy with less computational complexity. Another advantage of the constructed models is the opportunity of further research on the effect of file length distributions on the file transfer delay. The conclusions we made about the effectiveness of each strategy are consistent with our earlier work, which is confirmed by a numerical example. Practical relevance: The developed mathematical models for a multi-user MIMO system can be used to set the operating parameters of a real wireless MIMO system.
