Аннотация
Abstract—Progress in computing technology allows using simpler, nonparametric models compared to parametric ones due to the use of a training sample not only during the training period, but also when using the trained model later. The statement is demonstrated by comparing the neural network method for solving the classification problem and the Anderson discriminant function approximation method. It is proposed to select the neural network structure taking into account the range of errors in the irreproducibility of the neural network training results.

A control algorithm for a centralized HVAC system maintains target indoor conditions in diverse rooms by accounting for internal heat loads (equipment, occupants), external heat gains, and carbon dioxide concentration. The control variables are the ventilation rate and the thermal power output of the air conditioning system.

Аннотация
The paper proposes a model for organizing the production of complex hardware-software systems, based on the application of hybrid intelligence in digital technologies. The consideration of the probability of normative execution of assembly operations for spacecraft onboard equipment revealed the features of neural network decision support in semi-empirical technologies in the format of their socio-cyber-physical self-organization.

Аннотация
Methods for analyzing nonlinear processes developing under constraints are presented. The methods use two types of models derived from a single nonlinear mapping. Regression analysis models are designed to describe patterns, nonlinear models are designed to analyze current changes. The methods were used to analyze the dynamics of revenue of 23943 Russian companies for the period from 2003 to 2022.

Аннотация
The paper studies an automatic control system for parallel parking of wheeled vehicles in a system of robotic transport complexes. The system uses a predictive controller module with a trajectory planner and a module for measuring the current curvature. The module forms the planned path as an array of curvature values in the parking zone, receives data on the predicted horizon from a video camera, and receives the result of the movement from a trajectory curvature sensor. Curvature sensor uses microwave Doppler sensors to measure the speeds of the rear wheels of the transport platform.

Аннотация
This article considers modern applied problems formalized as the Quadratic Assignment Problem (QAP) and its generalizations. The main mathematical formulations are analyzed, with particular attention to nonlinear interactions between objects, as well as modern solution methods, including exact algorithms, heuristics, and hybrid approaches. Examples of successful applications of QAP for improving the efficiency and reliability of systems in real conditions are presented. This review emphasizes the importance of developing universal and scalable optimization methods for solving complex problems.

Аннотация
We consider the problem of ensuring food security of the country, which includes the task of controlled con- tainment of inflation for the most important types of agricul- tural products. We propose an approach to modeling that takes into account the interactions between market participants and allows to coordinate the interests of independent producers and the state. The mechanisms of grain market regulation in the Russian Federation are considered and analyzed, a mathematical formulation of the problem under study and methods for solving it are given. The results of a scenario analysis of the im- pact of export restriction parameters on domestic prices are pre- sented using the example of the wheat market in the Russian Federation.

Аннотация
The Defender-Attacker problem is often employed as a mathematical framework in risk management. In this problem, the above players with opposite goals allocate limited resources to system elements to minimize or maximize a risk function. It has been well-studied under the assumption of independent system elements. However, in complex systems, elements interact, causing significant differences between the measured and predicted risks. Although models with the interdependence of system elements are regularly considered in the literature, no comprehensive understanding has been formed of how the structure of a complex system influences its overall risk. We address this issue in a series of papers by investigating system structures of increasing complexity. Chains and stars have been analyzed previously; in this paper, the findings are extended to arbitrary trees. We optimize the placement of elements within a tree to minimize risk; derive upper bounds for the relative error of an approximate algorithmic solution of this problem for trees with a few branches and leaves; and explore the dynamics of these bounds when increasing the number of leaves and branches. As demonstrated, the resulting upper bounds do not exceed their counterparts for stars from the previous works.

Аннотация
In order to clarify socially significant aspects in managing the development of large-scale educational systems in Russia, a computing system for monitoring the salaries of university teachers has been developed. Differential calculations are given for calculating annual threshold salary coefficients according to the specification (positions) of teachers (assistant, associate professor, etc.) of a hypothetical Moscow university. A functional diagram of an analog device for calculating the threshold wage coefficient according to the minimum wage is presented.
