Аннотация
The report examines the challenges of developing software systems (SS) under conditions of technical, technological, cognitive, and mental uncertainty: gaps between software lifecycle (SLC) stages, team misalignment, and complexities in designing interactions. The goal is to develop methodological principles for interface planning (IP) to coordinate SLC processes with system functionality. The IP methodology integrates conceptual design, human resources, functional solutions, and user interface elements. The outcome is a software solution enabling incremental functional expansion while maintaining the system's adaptability to change.

The paper addresses the problem of determining the domination number in two-level voting procedures, where the first stage involves voting within local groups of agents, and the second stage aggregates the results into a final decision. The main objective is to identify the minimum proportion of agents supporting a proposal required for its acceptance. The study applies the pairwise similarity method to analyze the structure of the problem and to design heuristic algorithms with guaranteed accuracy. Three specific cases are examined: the agent connection graph as a tree, a complete graph, and a regular graph with an odd number of vertices. For each case, the authors propose new heuristic algorithms and pairwise similarity functions that enable the estimation of solution error. The results extend the applicability of polynomial algorithms to a broader class of problems and offer criteria for selecting the optimal algorithm during postprocessing.

Venus is assumed to be a seismically active planet. For upcoming seismic experiments on Venus it is of importance to know the areas of large stresses. The surface of Venus has a wide range of volcanic and tectonic features, which could be sources of seismic activity. Part of volcanoes on Venus show spatial concentration in the Beta-Atla region.

There was only one seismic station on the InSight mission. The determination of the coordinates and depth of the marsquakes were performed with great uncertainty, represented by ellipsoidal probability density functions. The nature of Martian seismic activity is uncertain. Many marsquakes are thought to be triggered by seismic sources such as faults or cracks. The gravitational potential of Mars is largely determined by long-wave components and mainly reflects the influence of a massive regional anomaly — the Tharsis bulge. At depths of 100–200 km the predominant contribution to the general stress state is made by the short-wave part of the gravitational field, while long-wave components do not allow localizing stresses associated with specific geological formations. Here we show that global compression and stretching created by the Tharsis zone is not the dominant process.

Аннотация
We present a numerical investigation of the stress field within Mars, focusing on the influence of shorter-wavelength topographic and gravitational components while deliberately omitting the contribution of long-wavelength harmonics. Calculations were carried out on a global 1° × 1° grid, using expansions of Martian topography and gravity potential beginning at degree 7. The simulations indicate a spatial correlation between many recorded marsquake epicenters and regions characterized by extensional deformation and enhanced shear stress. These findings emphasize the importance of local stress variations that are not solely explained by the global impact of the Tharsis rise.

The calculation of nonhydrostatic stresses in the interior of Mars is carried out without taking into account the long-wave component. The numerical solution of the system of equations of elastic equilibrium for a gravitating planet was carried out on a grid with a resolution of 1° × 1° in latitude and longitude. Data on the topography and gravitational field of the planet, starting with the seventh harmonic, were used as boundary conditions. Most of the epicenters of marsquakes are located in zones of extensions and sufficiently large tangential stresses arising as a result of the planet’s deviation from the state of hydrostatic equilibrium. The directions of the main stress axes and their correspondence to the strike of geological structures on the planet’s surface are given.

Аннотация
A man–machine teleoperation system for a continuum robot tailored to endovascular interventions and based on a leader–follower architecture is presented. The leader robotic catheter is manually shaped by the surgeon and equipped with distributed fiber-optic shape sensors. The follower catheter inserted into the patient’s vasculature is tracked exclusively by computer-vision algorithms and instrumented with force sensors. Inverse-kinematics algorithms reproduce the leader configuration on the follower, while a closed-loop sensory channel conveys contact forces to the operator as adjustable mechanical resistance, creating a tangible sense of presence. The system fulfils the core principles of collaborative robotics-intuitive manipulation, bidirectional feedback, adaptive motion constraints, and patient safety. Potential extensions include learning from demonstration and predictive control. The proposed system can serve as a foundation for next-generation robotic platforms enabling minimum invasive procedures under limited visual feedback.

Аннотация
This paper is devoted to the mathematical modeling of traffic flow in a large automobile network. A statistical model of traffic flow proposed by the authors and designed for full-scale modeling of the operation of large-scale transport systems on long time intervals is used. A model has been constructed for one of the sides of the Moscow Ring Road and experiments have been carried out for two ways of jamming on the highway. The functionality of the naive entry control model has been tested in both types of the experiments. It has been shown that even the simplest method of limiting the incoming flow is efficient in terms of highway travel time losses.

Аннотация
An input-output model of the Russian Federation economy is proposed to assess the import dependency by industrial sectors. As a separate feature, the model includes foreign trade flows. The model is based on data from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Calculations of import substitution across different industries are presented. Assessment of structural shifts in Russia’s economy is provided for the period between 2014 and 2020.
