Аннотация
When developing hydrocarbon deposits, an important task is the development and implementation of energy- and resource-saving technologies. Prospects for the development of Gazprom dobycha Urengoy are associated with the commissioning of deposits of the Achimov stratum. For the preparation of gas from these deposits, the design solutions include the use of low-temperature separation units with a recirculation scheme for the use of methanol. The article describes the development and implementation of technical solutions on improvement of recirculation schemes of the use of methanol in the Achimov gas fields. The design solutions on optimization of methanol consumption at the gas treatment plant of the area 2A of the Urengoy field were not fully realized because of the hydrate deposition when feeding liquid from the intermediate separation stage to the low-temperature stage. The analysis of methanol distribution between the outgoing streams of the complex gas treatment plant showed that the main methanol losses occur with unstable condensate. Specialists of Gazprom dobycha Urengoy LLC developed two technical solutions aimed at reducing methanol consumption. The first solution involves feeding the liquid phase from the intermediate separation stage to the low-temperature stage by means of an ejector. The second solution is based on the aqueous extraction of the reagent from the condensate with a mixture of formation water and the aqueous phase after methanol utilization in the stripping column. The implementation of these technical solutions makes it possible to reduce methanol consumption in gas treatment plants by about twice. A list of activities on improving the recirculation technology of the use of methanol in Achimov gas treatment plants has been determined. The first technical solution has already been implemented in the gas treatment plant of the area 2A and has proved its effectiveness

We consider logical-probabilistic modeling of the reliability behavior of multilevel systems described by nonmonotone functions of the algebra of logic. A method is proposed for calculating the parameter of the flow of transitions to a subset of states specified by a nonmonotone function. An approach to calculating estimates of interval indicators of reliability, efficiency, and safety of multilevel systems on logical-probabilistic models is described. An example of calculating the indicators of the operational availability of a multilevel system with nonmonotone logical criteria for the transition between levels is given. The calculated values of indicators are compared with the results of Markov modeling.

Аннотация
The problem of intercepting a target moving along a prescribed trajectory by a Dubins car is stated and formalized as a time-optimal control problem with an arbitrary car velocity direction at the interception. The conditions available in the literature under which the optimal trajectory is a geodesic line drawn from the initial position of the car to the interception point are refined. Algebraic equations for calculating the optimal interception time are obtained. The optimal control is synthesized based on these equations. A software module is developed for constructing the optimal car trajectories for various target trajectories.

Аннотация
Second-order protocols for consensus and convergence of agent’s trajectories to a fixed configuration are investigated. It is proved that the asymptotic behavior of the second-order system is uniquely determined by the eigenprojection of the Laplacian matrix of the communication digraph. The presented protocol and the corresponding expression for the asymptotic behavior are generalizations of the protocols for simpler cases.

In the article, the approach of integrated statistical control and diagnostics of the radio-electronic equipment, which is based on the analysis, integration of the measuring information arriving from the thermal imager, magnetic field sensors, tension and humidity of air and also statistical control of equipment parameters, is presented. The solution of a control and diagnostics problem is based on monitoring of changes in the average level of a multi-parameter process. Here, Hotelling control charts, integration and processing of the measured information are used to provide the analysis and decision-making on the influence of the operator. The algorithm implements a technique of integrated statistical control of the technical condition of the radio-electronic equipment and is capable to determine the level of its precritical condition. Аннотация
This paper introduces a constructive definition of an informational community, which agrees with formal models of opinion dynamics for bounded rational agents in social networks. As is shown below, uncertainty can be taken into account when detecting informational communities. An example of a stable informational community is given. A control problem for informational communities is stated, and its solution is presented within the DeGroot model.

Аннотация
The paper considers the Network Time Protocol (NTP) algorithm. Mathematical model of an NTP-based unified time scale maintenance system is analyzed in depth. An implementation of an auxiliary model of I&C system based on "Network Calculus" techniques is proposed. Some practical aspects of time synchronization over the NTP Protocol in virtual environments are described.
