Аннотация
It is presented results of a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of various approaches in forming an investment portfolio are presented on the example of portfolios consisting of shares of the leading IT and telecommunications companies for the period 2015-2020. It is presented the modified variant of the Markowitz portfolio optimization model using the indicator of stable growth of stock prices.

It is proposed the model for constructing of flexible ratings by end-users and it is analyzed applying of special weights for indicating of consumer preferences by various factors depends on the considered object. There is developed an algorithm for the building of flexible ratings. Practical testing was carried out by applying of investment indicators.

Аннотация
The paper continues the investigations of the sensitivity of the equilibriums for the Cournot competition with uncertain market capacity. There are two types of agents - stubborn and flexible, and two types of interactions - with and without communications. The main idea was based on a calculation of the sensitivity of the equilibriums to control. The equilibriums depend on beliefs of agents about market capacity and their beliefs about the beliefs of other agents. We have calculated the sensitivity of the equilibriums separately for each combination of types of agents. This paper focuses on a mixed case - when there are at least four clusters - each cluster for every combination of types of agents and their interactions.

This paper is devoted to a clustering in directed graphs using the Laplacian matrices of the digraph and their eigenprojections. The relevance of the problem due to the fact that ignoring edge directionality and considering the graph as undirected is not a meaningful way to cluster directed networks. The proposed methods for clustering in digraphs based on the coefficients of the adjacency matrix of the Laplacian matrix of the digraph.

Аннотация
The problem of compensating for external disturbances is one of the oldest problems in the classical theory of control. The article considers the task of stabilizing the output variable under the influence of external non-smooth disturbances, that do not belong to the control space. A discontinuous control law has been developed to provide a prescribed control accuracy for the output. Various variants of the transient process in the closed loop system are described, estimates of overshooting and steady-state error are given. The proposed approach can be widely used to compensate the bounded external disturbances, including those, that depend on the state of the system.

Аннотация
The use of 3D tomography methods helps to the better understanding of complex structures peculiar to elements of a large-scale system, for instance, to buildings, engineering constructions, hydroelectric power plants, mines ets. Seismic tomography is important tool that the oil and gas industry applies to map the sub-surface geological structures. The LSQR algorithm by Paige and Saunders is the well-known conjugate gradient solver for the inversion tomography problem. Nevertheless, previous studies have shown that the algorithm has limitation in reconstruction of synthetic models of the large-size structure. Here two alternatives are given to resolve the complex structure: a new algorithm of the method of coordinate descent and the modification of Gaussian elimination. Both of these methods aim at constructing of the solution, which might be free from influence of determined types of error in the data. A structure with certain similar properties has been revealed for the layer from 0 to 5 km of depth by applying both methods to seismic data collected in the area around the hydrothermal gas field However, for the deeper layer the modification of Gaussian elimination produces the structure that is more realistic compared the method of coordinate descent. The reason might be in more accurate determination of the location of those seismic sources that are close to a surface. We conclude that simultaneous application of different inversion methods is useful in the presence of unclear level of errors in the data. Tomography images presented here for the area of natural concentration of gases can be applied for understanding of conditions to keep underground gases in a safe area.

The paper is dedicated to the design problem of a wireless communication network. The problem of base stations optimal placement along a linear section subject to control with end-to-end delay limited is formulated. The goal is to maximize the coverage area that comes to under the control of multiple deployed base stations while respecting technological conditions and budget constraints. In the paper, the features of the technological statement are analyzed. The formulation of the problem in the form of integer linear programming is proposed. When forming a mathematical model, a queuing network model with a Poisson arrival process is used.

The seismic experiment is going on Mars [1, 2].The seismic experiment is to insert some corrections to the model distribution of the dissipative function. At present the knowledge of the model dissipative factor of Martian interiors is of importance for the interpretation of seismic recordings. The values of the dissipative factor of Martian interiors were discussed from physical point of view in [3], where the distribution Qμ in PREM was taken as a trial one. In [4] assuming that on the P–Т plane, the areotherms and the geotherm are rather close, we took the four-layers piecewise constant distribution Qμ(l) from QLM9 model [5] up to the depth of l = 670 km as a trial zero approximation, and adapted it to the conditions of Martian interiors. In the present study we calculate the correction, which the third- and higher-order tide introduce into the estimate of Q factor for Mars.

Mars has no active magnetic dynamo field today, but it possesses a remanent magnetic field that may reach several thousand nanoteslas locally. There is a wealth of maps and models of the magnetic field [1–4]. Recently InSight (Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy, and Heat Transport) lander has provided new magnetic field strength and direction measurements. It turned out that the InSight landing site’s magnetic field is ten times stronger than predicted by satellite-based models [5]. This knowledge indicates that the magnetic field of the planet needs further study and analysis.
