Аннотация
Distributed cooperation can be referred to as a behavior, where interacting entities (agents) adjust their states in accordance with information obtained from “nearest” neighbors in a group. Although this idea has roots in biological populations and social systems, being applied to artificial systems it became one of the main directions in modern control theory and optimization. Implementation of distributed cooperation for control and optimization purposes may reduce the complexity of the entire “global” problem: instead of applying a straightforward approach, the problem can be solved through “local” actions. Moreover, in some applications the whole state vector should not be transmitted due to privacy reasons. Our talk is a brief introduction into multi-agent systems, benchmark consensus problem, basic ideas, and results obtained by our scientific group.

An arbitrary compact-support initial datum for the Korteweg–de Vries equation asymptotically splits into solitons and a radiation tail, moving in opposite direction. We give a simple method to predict the number and amplitudes of resulting solitons and some integral characteristics of the tail using only conservation laws

The contemporary Russian economy needs to update its production base, without which it is impossible to produce high-quality innovative products, achieve high productivity, and gain competitive advantages in global markets. However, most of the country’s manufacturing enterprises today operate on an industrial basis, and it is technical re-equipment, modernization, and the reconstruction of fixed assets that allow companies to use their resources in full using modern technologies, reducing costs while increasing profits. This chapter uses regression analysis to assess the multiplier effects in order to study the influence of external factors, such as investments in the technological transformations of Russian GDP from 2005 to 2018. The most appropriate models with significant parameters and which indicators have the greatest positive effect on economic growth are identified. The results obtained prove the effectiveness of investments in reconstruction and modernization, contributing to increases in gross output and, as a result, strengthening the national economy.

This book reflects the results of research and operational experiences of the Federal State Budgetary Entity “National research center “Institute named after N.E. Zhukovsky” in management of scientific and technological development. This book outlines structure and main processes of this management system as well as main elements of its working tools. Besides general methodological developments of the Center the book briefly represents also particular results of their application for Russian aircraft industry scientific-technological development management.For instance, the highlights of long-term forecast for aircraft science and technological development created by the Center on its own methodology are described. The particular attention is paid to new organizational solutions in the sphere of research and development, those give our country the chance for parity with global competitors in spite of smaller scopes and current backlog in many scientific and technical fields. These ones are cross-sectoral technology transfer and cross-sectoral integration of research and development result. Meanwhile Center’s research and development findings frequently go beyond sectoral applied science. They result in recommendations on improving legal and regulatory support for research and development, structure of scientific and manufacturing organizations. These suggestions are also outlined in this book.

Аннотация
We consider a periodic selector-linear differential inclusion. It is proved that for this inclusion to be uniformly asymptotically stable, it is necessary and sufficient that there exists a time-periodic Lyapunov function of a quasi-quadratic form. We derive estimates for the Lyapunov function that guarantee its positive definiteness and the existence of an infinitesimal limit.

Аннотация
Many micro-level models of information processes in social networks consider either a change in the information-psychological state of agents (opinions, beliefs, attitudes) or a change in their observable behavior (actions). The goal in this paper is to develop and analyze a complex agent-based model of opinion dynamics that describes the dynamics of agents’ beliefs and the process of performing actions by agents. The issues of reaching consensus and polarizing opinions of agents are investigated.

Аннотация
The problems of data transformation in the security event management systems of robotic complexes and their negative influence on the development of correlation methods in such complexes are considered. The article offers the methodical support for building correlation rules and a modified model of the incident life cycle, taking into account the sources of events.

Аннотация
Nowadays, verification of the initial data for designing the information base of the NPP Automated Process Control System is a guarantee of the correct operation of the NPP Automated Process Control System itself. For this verification, exact and approximate methods are usually applied. Each method provides desirable results for an appropriate problem type. Exact methods are more suitable for solving this problem. The article presents a solution algorithm in terms of checking both the structure and the content of initial data, including a complete parsing of the Kraftwerk Kennzeichen System code with the study of all its sectors. A list of the most common inconsistencies is also provided.
