Аннотация
The work presents a one-part model of the transition process in the electricity system. Laplace transform applies mathematical models of signals on digital substations. The author offers a spectral representation of analysis methods on the Laplace transform. The synchronized phasor measurement methods are for determining and filtering the carrier frequency. The results of the frequency analysis are input data for the diagnostics of digital substation devices. We present the developed software of a frequency diagnostic process using FIR-filter and choose an adequate model structure of simulated electrotechnical objects of synchronized phasor measurements. Finally, the article discusses the prospects of applying the proposed approach to solve the problems determining the primary frequency in a digital substation

Аннотация
The synergetic consequences of multiple failures of objects of complex network structures in the inverse vulnerability problem are considered. The consequences of such failures depend on the composition of the failed objects, their position in the structure. A method for searching for “dangerous” objects based on the frequency analysis of cross sections with maximum synergistic effects is proposed.

The paper presents the results of the development of theoretical foundations and methodology of analyzing complex socio-economic systems, designed to diagnose the problems of managing their development that require legislative regulation. To solve methodological and practical problems of increasing the effectiveness of legislative and law enforcement processes in the context of digitalization, it is proposed to use the methodology of scenario analysis, which provides the possibility of intellectual support and evaluation of the quality of decision making within the framework of the legal norms development and improvement. The approach proposed is based on analysis and modeling of the development processes of the studied situations in the political-legal, socio-political, socio-economic, and innovation-technological spheres. This paper deals with the study of the problems of law enforcement system transformation in the context of a developed information society in order to increase the effectiveness of countering cybercrimes and improve the quality of their investigation. The results of the current state and trends in the development of cybercrime analysis are presented. Аннотация
The relevance of the development and application of real-time systems as essential elements of ensuring the safety of complex systems is considered. The functions of its main blocks are highlighted: the network model generator, the schedule generator, and the control optimization block. Formulations of problems of existence and the construction of a valid schedule with interruptions are proposed. Unlike traditional statements, the case is considered when the graph of connections between processors is not complete and can vary over time. It also takes into account the time required to process interrupts and switches during the execution of works. A multi-product network model was built, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the solution of the problem were indicated. New algorithms have been developed for effective planning and control of work performance, used in the design of real-time systems. An algorithm of optimal arrangement of control modules is proposed. Estimates of the complexity and accuracy of the developed algorithms are obtained. The scope of application of the developed algorithms is supposed

The complexity of problems related to the formation of cognitive models of complex systems based on methods of econometric analysis of available time series of domain parameters is considered. An approach is proposed to solve the problem of representing a complex system in the form of an understandable and practical model that includes a limited number of factors, but as adequately as possible reflects the dynamic processes occurring in this system. An example of the application of the proposed approach is considered, exploring the possibilities of improving the efficiency of the functioning of financial markets. The vector autoregression model, which is a model of the dynamics of several time series, is chosen as the basis for the formation of the model. Options for improving the model by adding virtual factors and cointegrating relations are proposed, and the results of the study of the developed model are also presented

This paper deals with methodological problems of improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption management processes. To improve the efficiency of solving applied and practical problems of the organization of the combating corruption using the methodology of scenario analysis was proposed, which provides an opportunity to assess the quality of preparation and implementation of decisions in the management of the considered processes. The results of a scenario study of the developed basic multigraph models of anti-corruption management in the construction industry are presented.

Аннотация
The paper deals with tracking systems for unmanned aerial vehicle under external disturbances. Within the framework of the block approach, the combined control law is developed that provides invariance with respect to external disturbances in a closed system via linear control with saturation. Under the assumption that the analytical form of the target signals is not known, dynamic differentiators with piecewise linear correcting influences are designed to estimate unknown derivatives of target signals. These differentiators are replicas of canonical virtual models with unknown inputs and provide estimates of the derivatives of deterministic signals with a given accuracy in a given time. The simulation results are presented, confirming the effectiveness of the developed algorithms.
