Road congestion, reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, increased speeds encourage industrial enterprises to use railways more actively. The efficiency of the railways is enhanced by infrastructure upgrades and improved maintenance. This is achieved by the introduction of modern data collection, storage and processing technologies.

Аннотация
Literature review related to the data exploration methods in marketing showed that the number of publications and software tools in the field of exploration data analysis of business processes has been increasing since 2015. The contribution of the given research lies in the hypothesis of the possibility to construct a quantitative model of a business process for big data containing fraud. At the first stage, we performed data cleaning and reduction, examined data distributions, and identified issues such as extreme values that supplement the previously developed visualization approach. The descriptive analysis helped us to describe the significant number of categorical features. We emphasized the data outliers that should be marked for further research.

The technique of combining BIM and simulation modeling is considered. The increasing role of BIM in building projects, along with the poor quality of the control aspect in BIM, is noticed. The enhancement of the BIM in the field of control modeling using different simulation models of logistics and evacuation is proposed.

The article discusses the problem of choosing a strategy for expanding the production capacity of companies in a spatial oligopoly, which is formulated as a set of interrelated problems of nonlinear optimization with coupled variables. To solve it, a method is proposed for reducing the original problem to solving the mixed complementarity problem (MCP), as well as to solving mathematical programs with equilibrium constraints (MPEC). The prospects and directions of using the proposed approach to solving applied problems of the spatial development of production systems are discussed

Аннотация
We consider the problem of choosing the degree of localization of production in Russia when implementing investment projects for the transfer of Western technologies. The problem is considered on the example of launching the production of innovative locomotives at Russian Railways. This type of investment projects refers to multipurpose projects. Each project participant has his own goal, the effectiveness of which should be assessed. A method is proposed for solving the problem according to the criterion of minimizing the "life cycle cost", taking into account the coordination of the interests of the project participants.

Аннотация
The paper deals with the problem of state observers design for electromechanical control plants with sensorless manipulators in conditions of significant parametric uncertainty. For the estimation of unmeasured state variables, the structure of reduced observers is proposed depending on the set of sensors located on the electrical actuators. Decomposition procedures have been developed for synthesizing piecewise linear control actions of observers that provide a given estimation accuracy. This method does not require additional identification of unknown parameters, since parametrically indefinite differential equations describing the dynamics of unmeasured variables are not used when constructing observers.

This study examines news produced and broadcast by socially significant sources of information (in particular, accounts of news agencies, magazines, and newspapers) on the online social network VKontakte and Vkontakte users’ consumption of these sources’ news.

This study considers a model of the dynamics of opinions in social networks. The model implements two interrelated information processes: the spread of activity and the formation of opinions. For this model, the problem of choosing an impact strategy by the control subject (principal) is formulated and solved, which ultimately allows for obtaining maximum support in the social network. The problem of information confrontation is then considered and solved.

Аннотация
Authors of this article review and analyze the main trends in the modern distribution networks development for electricity supply. These distribution networks can function effectively only with extensive and adequate use of parametric and non-parametric identification. We propose the general approach to parametric identification in power distribution networks. The authors of this article developed the applied method for the parametric identification of voltage converters in digital substations based on this approach. We select an adequate model structure of simulated electrotechnical objects. Parametric identification results are input data that organize the diagnostic process of digital signal converters.
