This paper introduces a systematic approach to the Multi-agent simulation Supply Chain Dynamics organization and management of motor vehicle traffic on a long distance in the case of swap body. Ways of solving the problem of technological interaction between the participants of the combined road transport logistics are offered in the form of a distributed product transportation technology, built on the basis of experience with the use of operational management.

Providing online access to their medical records should empower patients. National health services in Estonia, France, and England introduced systems to provide online access to summary health data. The Estonian patient access called “Patient Portal” shares similarities with the French system “Dossier Médical Personnel” (DMP). Both are patient-controlled records. The English system “Summary Care Record” (SCR) provided access to patients through “HealthSpace,” though has now been replaced by encouraging access to GP records. Denmark and Ireland also provided access rights to patients so they could view their records. Romania, Croatia, and Greece do not have national systems. The aim of this study is to compare adoption and uptake of patient access to summary data. The Estonian record was used by 3.6% of the population, the French one by 0.5% and the English system is due for closure with only 0.01% signing up for the most comprehensive access. Few countries across Europe have adopted patient access to summary health data at a national level, and where introduced, medical records have been accessed by less than 5% of the population.

We present infinitely many nonlocal conservation laws, a pair of compatible local Hamiltonian structures and a recursion operator for the equations describing surfaces in three-dimensional space that admit nontrivial deformations which preserve both principal directions and principal curvatures (or, equivalently, the shape operator).

Periodic motions of a reversible mechanical system under perturbations of general form that do not preserve system’s reversibility are investigated. The conditions for the existence of periodic motions of a perturbed system that turn at a zero value of a small parameter into symmetrical periodic motions not degenerating into equilibriua are found. Both autonomous and periodic perturbations are considered. Amplitude equations, whose simple roots correspond to periodic solutions of the perturbed system, are derived for the systems investigated. As a result, cycles are found for the autonomous system, and isolated periodic motions are found for the periodic system. Both a separate system and a model containing coupled subsystems are investigated. The characteristic exponents ofthe cycles are calculated. Itis proved that any oscillation of a system that can be described by Lagrange’s equations with positional forces is symmetrical and belongs to a family. It is also deduced that for the realization of a cycle or, in the case of non-autonomous forces, an isolated periodic motion, velocity-dependent forces of definite structure are needed. The results obtained are applied to the problem of the oscillations of a satellite under the action of gravitational and aerodynamic torques. The existence of asymmetrical isolated oscillations in a low-eccentricity elliptical orbit is established

In this paper we establish an identity that relates Pochhammer symbol and the ratio of gamma functions. The identity is derived using the Mellin series representation for the solution of a general algebraic equation.
