The main idea of the classes using the method of contextual learning is related to immersion of students through performance and visualization in the context of the studied micro and macro cultures. This study aims to identify the context-dependent effects of communication with customers in various organizations, as well as the impact of such effects on the management of business processes and the stuff development. The word “context” we understand here as words, phrases, and behavior sometimes manifested in the complex (Hall 1976, 1960). Initially, the problem was found in the analysis of feedback in customer complaints, also in conficts and aggressive behavior of the parties, in which customers note specifc and hidden aspects of verbal communication. On the other hand, the staff in the organizations reviewed often indicate the lack of motivation. Such problems lead to constant staff rotation, reduced quality of internal business processes, and decrease of effciency indicators. Attempts to improve the situation by classical methods of management like control and development of internal feedback systems from employees do not help, and problems become even unsolved. Questionnaires and interviews indicate some communication problems that are usually ignored by the Management Board or CEO because their religion is modern technologies and information systems

In accordance with Business Process Management (BPM) theory and practice, process-oriented companies should pay attention to such process aspects as the process stages, resources, IT support, and information fows. Many organizations today focus their management on identifying and modeling business processes with analysis for time, cost, resource compliance, and performance. By localization in this case, we will understand the adaptation process under the local contextual characteristics of the user market (including the cultural characteristics of users). What should be taken into account in this case? Of course, it is necessary to take into account the general cultural specifcity, that is, those criteria of thinking and user behavior that are conditioned by culture. The features and algorithm of the organization of the game localization process also lie in how exactly the game can be adapted culturally and technically. In the age of the gaming industry, almost all games go through a localization process. Often, companies that create games use native or English language in initial development. However, by 2018 almost all games, ranging from small and medium-sized, ending with “AAA” projects have several languages in their arsenal. Moreover, this refers to the offcial localization of the developers, or contracts with companies that specialize in various types of translation. Also, it needs to be mentioned the fact that each game has its own “community”—those people who love the game and try to make it better. Therefore, even if the game does not have an offcial translation into any language, it is quite possible that the “community” will make it independently

The International Conference on Business Intelligence and Modelling took place in Athens, Greece. IC-BIM is an international interdisciplinary conference focusing on the theoretical approach of the contemporary issues evolved in Business Intelligence and Modelling and the integration of theory and practice. More than 300 pre-registered authors submitted their work in the conference. IC-BIM fnally accepted and hosted about 54 original research papers, after a double-blind peer-review process. During the conference, many Workshops were held in order to advance and contribute to specifc research areas in the feld of Business Intelligence and Modelling. The conference aims at creating a forum for further discussion on a Business Intelligence feld incorporating a series of issues and/or related organizations that manage Business Intelligence in their everyday operations. Therefore, the call for papers was addressed to scholars and/or professionals of the felds of Business Intelligence, Business Informatics, Business Model Innovation, Simulation Modelling, E-Business, Enterprise and Conceptual Modelling, etc. IC-BIM provides a common ground for the exchange of insights on Business issues in the science of Business Intelligence, ensuring signifcant contributions to this feld. Grouping emerging technologies in the Business Intelligence feld together in a close examination of practices, problems, and trends, IC-BIM and its emphases on business presented the state of the art in the feld. This Annual Event is addressed jointly to academics and practitioners and provides a forum for a number of perspectives, based on either theoretical analyses or empirical case studies that fosterthe dialogue and the exchange of ideas.

We consider the mathematical model of a closed homogenous redundant hot-standby system. This system consists of an arbitrary number of data links with an exponential distribution function (DF) of uptime and a general independent (GI) distribution function of the repair time of its elements with a single repair unit. We also consider the simulation model for the cases where it's not always possible to carry out the mathematical model (to obtain explicit analytic expressions). The system with $n$ components works until $k$ components fail. With introduction of additional variable, explicit analytic expressions are obtained for the steady-state probabilities (SSP) of the system and the steady-state probability of failure-free system operation (PFFSO) using the constant variation method to solving the Kolmogorov differential equations systems. The SSP of the system are obtained with general independent distribution function of uptime using a simulation approach. We built dependence plots of the probability of system uptime against the fast relative speed of recovery; also plots of the reliability function relative to the reliability assessment. Five different distributions were selected for numerical and graphical analysis as Exponential (M), Weibull-Gnedenko (WG), Pareto (PAR), Gamma (G) and Lognormal (LN) distributions. The simulation algorithms were performed in the R programming language.

We consider the problem of ensuring the durability indicators of a distributed communication automatic weather stations network (AWSN), consisting of access points and weather stations (WS), remote from each other at distances of up to several tens of kilometers and connected to the nearest access points and to each other by communication channels. An expert assessment of the durability indicators was carried out and the modes of operation of the distributed AWSN were determined. A model of the complex load factor and resource of the distributed AWSN has been elaborated. A method for assessing and a methodology for determining the durability indicators of AWSN has been developed, which, based on the initial data for AWSN elements, the operating model of the elements and the calculated values of the complex load factor for each of the modes, calculates the gamma-percentage resource before the decommissioning of the AWSN element, based on the criterion of the limit state of the AWSN. The modeling and calculation of durability indicators of the distributed AWSN have been carried out according to the proposed method.

The paper describes advantages of teaching and application of modellingmanufacturing systems. Two paradigms of modelling: Queuing systems and Simulation are briefly presented and analysed. Advantages of distance learning these approachesworldwide are presented. Furthermore, a combinedway of learning these twomethods,with a focus on the modelling and simulating selected basic processes of manufacturing systems, is proposed in briefly described case study. The concept provides division of this method depending on student’s education level.

Аннотация
The existence of real solutions of a nonlinear equation in a neighborhood of an abnormal (degenerate) point is studied. We prove that if the mapping describing this equation admits a lambda-truncation that is regular in some direction, then there exist solutions for all right-hand sides in some neighborhood of the image of the abnormal point. Under the same assumption, we prove that there exist nontrivial smooth curves passing through the abnormal point and lying on the level set of the map in question.

Аннотация
We consider smooth mappings acting from one Banach space to another and depending on a parameter belonging to a topological space. Under various regularity assumptions, sufficient conditions for the existence of global and semilocal continuous inverse and implicit functions are obtained. We consider applications of these results to the problem of continuous extension of implicit functions and to the problem of coincidence points of smooth and continuous compact mappings.
