Аннотация
The problem of lateral motion stabilization is analytically solved for the fourth-order model of aircraft motion using the method of output signal control synthesis that is based on the control object decomposition. Numerical simulation data are presented.

Аннотация
The problem of synthesizing stabilization laws for lateral motion of a maneuverable aircraft at the lack of data on its sideslip and roll angles is analytically solved. The solution is based on the improved method of output signal control synthesis, which provides the specified spectrum of MIMO-system motion. The results of analytical synthesis of the control law and numerical simulation data are presented.

Аннотация
We obtain and discuss new results related to control design for bilinear systems subjected to arbitrary bounded exogenous disturbances. A procedure for the construction of the stabilizability ellipsoid and the domain of stabilizability for bilinear control systems is proposed and its efficiency is proved. This problem is solved both in continuous and discrete time. The main tool is the linear matrix inequality technique. This simple yet general approach is of great potential and can be widely generalized; for instance, to various robust statements of the problem.

In this paper, we study the question of the existence of a continuous right inverse mapping for a covering mapping. To describe covering mappings that have a continuous right inverse, a concept of strong covering is introduced. It is shown that the property of strong covering is stable under small Lipschitz perturbations.

In this work, an optimal control problem with state constraints of equality type is considered. Novelty of the problem formulation is justified. Under various regularity assumptions imposed on the optimal trajectory, a non-degenerate Pontryagin Maximum Principle is proven. As a consequence of the maximum principle, the Euler–Lagrange and Legendre conditions for a variational problem with equality and inequality state constraints are obtained. As an application, the equation of the geodesic curve for a complex domain is derived. In control theory, the Maximum Principle suggests the global maximum condition, also known as the Weierstrass–Pontryagin maximum condition, due to which the optimal control function, at each instant of time, turns out to be a solution to a global finite-dimensional optimization problem

Аннотация
The paper deals with the reasons for the failure of the motor-reducer from the drive and measures to extend its service life. The motor-reducer as an element of the electric drive is widely used in all areas of industry. At the rated load, usually recommended by the manufacturer, the gearbox has its own service life, which is significantly reduced under operating conditions with the maximum permissible load. The attack detection problem is considered as fault detection problem. An observer-based fault detection method for DC-motor with reduction gear is proposed. Simulation results are given.

Electromyography (EMG) signals have been extensively used as a control signal in robotics, rehabilitation and health care. Creating an prosthetic hand requires many steps, beginning with a way for the prosthesis to detect the EMG signal. Unfortunately, signal detection may cause some troubles. Among them there are sensor faults that may lead to serious distortion of the signal and malfunction of the prosthetic hand. This paper is devoted to the development of algorithmic software that allows to detect faults of EMG sensors of prosthetic hand. To solve the problem modules of fault detection and signal correction were developed. These modules not only carefully supervise records from individual EMG electrodes, but, if necessary, replace them in systems if one or more signals are violated. This approach is based on signal processing methods with low computational complexity, that allows to reduce hardware requirements.

In this paper, linear discrete-time systems with polytopic uncertainties affected by random external disturbances are under consideration. The input disturbance is supposed to be a stochastic signal with known mean anisotropy which stands for “spectral color” of the signal. The anisotropic norm of the system indicates its stochastic gain from the input disturbance with the same mean anisotropy level to the output of the system. The problem is to find conditions which allow to check whether the uncertain system is stable and to estimate its performance index subject to input disturbance for all possible uncertainties. In order to solve this problem, Lyapunov functions technique and matrix inequalities approach are used to obtain the numerically effective procedure. To illustrate the efficiency of the proposed conditions, a numerical example is considered.
