We consider several combinations of resource constraints based on different technological coefficients and the fact of population-landscape equilibrium or its absence. Among constraints are mainly labor constraint and productivity constraint, that, depends on area productivity coefficients and area labor expenses of two main (aggregated) agricultural technologies: cattle breeding and crop production. Different sets of active constraints and hence the non-zero level of corresponding dual variables produce completely different social-economic regimes.
