Control of pilotless electric vehicles indoors was studied. The issue of ensuring precise correspondence of control signals to the actual motion of transport vehicles in a room was examined. During the course of analyzing the dynamic model of the electric vehicle, it was discovered that the primary reasons for the occurrence of errors consists in the indirect nature of measuring the velocity of this vehicle by means of odometers. In order to solve this problem, it is proposed to use microwave Doppler sensors of the linear velocity of the wheels, observations of which do not depend on sliding, the mass of the electric vehicle, the voltage in the buses, and other parameters. Formulas were developed that make it possible, using the Doppler frequencies of sensors, to determine the current velocity and heading angle of electric vehicle control with the use of the Ackermann condition. Based on the specifi ed formulas, a stable system for traffi c control of pilotless transport electric vehicles on a specifi ed route was developed. The proposed system can be used in the robotic transport systems.

Аннотация
The development and implementation of adaptive control systems, which are used to tune the parameters of PI-controllers of the metal pre-heating furnace for rolling and the water-air cooling circuit of continuous-casting machine of JSC OEMK im. A. A. Ugarov, are considered. The current adaptive control system based on open-loop control is analyzed, its disadvantages are shown. The proposed method of PI-controller automatic tuning to keep the transient quality using a neural tuner is described for both of the above mentioned plants. The use of the developed adaptive system makes it possible to improve the quality of control and minimize the number of situations when the controlled value exceeds the technological range.

The issue of the development and creation of intelligent flow rate sensors of free-flowing and fluid substances carried on pipelines is considered timely during this era of digital conversion of production processes in industry and science. With this objective, this article presents new approaches to improving the measurement precision of microwave flow rate measuring units. Taking into account the characteristics of electromagnetic waves propagating along the pipeline, analysis was conducted of a wave scattered by the inhomogeneities of the medium being monitored. The features of the transformation of a polarized scattered wave, the limiting geometrical sizes of the pipeline, and optimization of the values of the true scattered signal, are revealed. The feasibility of picking up an information signal with orthogonal polarization of the scattered wave, and via a directional coupler, is substantiated. A methodology was developed to estimate measurement precision with an association to the signal-to-noise ratio at input to a processing unit. It has been shown that the results of the studies can be used in the cryogenic engineering industry to measure the volume and mass flow rates of liquid cryoproducts.

We consider the problem of measuring of the resonance frequency according to the amplitude-frequency characteristic of a resonator with the help of the method of stochastic approximation (SA). Various modifications of SA algorithms in the MATLAB software are investigated for a computer model of resonator with given parameters. The influence of the parameters of SA algorithms, noise, and the Q-factor of the resonator on the accuracy of measurements and the rate of convergence is analyzed. We also perform the comparative analysis of the indicated modifications of the algorithms. Keywords: resonance frequency, amplitude-frequency characteristic, stochastic approximation, convergence.

Аннотация
The construction of a recommendation system for selecting one of five non-medication-based rehabilitation complexes for participants in armed conflicts and emergencies is described. Rehabilitation techniques developed at the Tomsk Science Research Institute of Balneology and Physiotherapy prevent potential chronicization of pathological processes, increase the body’s adaptive reserves, and improve quality of life in those affected by emergencies. A set of features was determined for each complex, providing the most precise identification of each complex. The principle underlying the construction of the recommendation system is instrumental in nature and the system could be used not only in rehabilitation and treatment centers, but also in other healthcare institutions.

A method for processing the signal of Doppler radio frequency sensors is given, which makes it possible to measure the ground speed vector of surface vehicles (cars, tractors, autocars, etc.). The possibility of constructing a real car route in a rectangular coordinate system is shown. Special algorithms for signal processing are considered which substantially increase the accuracy of determining the Doppler frequencies of the sensors.

Specific features of the application of digital signal processing in noiseproof broadband impedance measuring analyzers are considered. It is shown that the use solely of the procedure of digital signal filtering is inefficient in this case. We propose to form an array of integrated weighted values of the signal instead of the array of its instantaneous values, thus realizing the procedure of preliminary analog filtering of the signal prior to the stage of analog-to-digital conversion.

We consider tomograms and quasidistribution functions like the Wigner functions that violate the standard normalization condition and obtain the conditions under which a reconstruction of the density matrix using these tomograms and quasidistribution functions is possible. Then we study an example of the de Broglie plane wave.

A method of processing microwave sensor signals is proposed. Application of this method allows substantially improving the accuracy of determination of Doppler frequency and associated information parameters. Here, frequency modulation changing by the symmetric saw-tooth law is used with spectral processing of the output signal on rising and falling sections. The Doppler frequency is calculated from the cross-correlation function of the spectral envelope, which makes it possible to eliminate error caused by the spectral structure of the Doppler signal.
