Аннотация
Fog computing solutions significantly reduce communication delays in IoT-based cybersystems. They enable the development of large-scale IoT systems for transport, energy, and smart cities. Such an infrastructure must be highly secure. Therefore, risk management problems are actual there. One of the crucial features of fog computing networks is dynamic topology. Common approaches to cybersecurity do not consider topology change because many computer networks cannot be altered in this way just for security reasons. When managing the fog computing network a security specialist should know how its overall security changes with topology altering because understanding the extent and mechanism of topology's impact on fog computing system security increases the effect of security improvement costs. This study utilizes findings related to the impact of complex systems' structures on their overall risk to address enhancements in fog computing network security. It examines upper bounds of risk deviation for an approximate solution concerning the optimal placement of network nodes in a star-shaped topology and introduces a method for swift risk assessment in a fog computing network with this kind of topology.

Аннотация
A classical fork-join queueing system is considered. The model is proposed for determining the optimal cost of such a system, taking into account the need to minimize the average response time simultaneously with reasonable costs for the resources required for this. The term “resources” within the framework of the mathematical model under study means the intensities of service on servers, the cost of which is directly proportional to the system performance, i.e., the rate of service requests. For the special case when the number of subsystems is equal to two, an exact analytical expression for determining the optimal cost is presented, for a more general case when the number of subsystems of a fork-join queueing system is greater than two, the equation is obtained, the numerical solution of which allows calculating the desired value. In addition, the asymptotic analysis of the obtained solutions behavior is carried out.

Аннотация
This paper is devoted to an Attacker–Defender–Target (ADT) game in the 3D space. The Target makes flat circumferential movements with a constant velocity. The Attacker moves uniformly and rectilinearly from an arbitrary point in the upper hemisphere. The distinctive feature of the problem statement is that the Target has an onboard mobile Defender. The Defender is intended to intercept the Attacker’s possible paths dangerous to the Target (in the pointwise meeting sense). This task is complicated since the Target and Defender do not see the Attacker during the movements. They know only the initial bearing; the current bearing and the initial and current distances to the Attacker remain uncertain. For this reason, the Target and Defender are assumed to move along a program path. Keywords: ADT game, program movements, path curvature constraints

Аннотация
Structural shifts in the energy sector of Russia for the period 2000-2018 are analyzed, taking into account global supply chains. A modification of the author’s model of the input-output model of the world economy is proposed. The leading role of energy resources production and processing is shown. An economic justification is given. The model was tested using data from the Federal State Statistics Service and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Аннотация
The study examines the effect of manufacturing exports on economic growth in Russia and attempts to determine its contribution to the growth of gross output. The OECD Inter-Country Input-Output Tables (ICIO) for 2018, the version of 2021, are used. About 20 friendly countries have been identified as potential importers. Gross output growth rate estimates for all sectors of the Russian economy were obtained.

This study presents a grid-based approach for approximating the Martian magnetic field from large satel-lite datasets, incorporating measurements from the MGS and MAVEN spacecraft. Utilizing pre-defined grid structures, including the spherical rectangular equal-area grid and a rectangular geographic grid, the method efficiently processes extensive data to construct a high-resolution global model. The algorithm details a systematic procedure for data selection, filtering, and approx-imation onto these grids, addressing the challenges associated with handling vast quantities of satellite data.

Аннотация
This paper considers a collective behavior model of agents under strategic uncertainty and incomplete awareness. Decision-making is modeled by a reflexive game in which participants choose their actions based on a hierarchy of beliefs about the game parameters, beliefs about beliefs, and so on. The study is focused on reflexive games with a point-type awareness structure and the linear best response of players. As shown below, the informational equilibrium in such games is analogous to the Nash equilibrium in a game on a network. Explicit expressions for the equilibrium responses of players are derived and conditions for the existence and uniqueness of equilibria are established. An incentive-targeting problem similar to that in a corresponding game on a network is formulated: a relationship is obtained between the equilibria in the game with common knowledge and the game with incomplete awareness in which the Principal individually reports new incentives to the players.

Аннотация
This paper is devoted to the localisation of random 3-CNF formulas that are polynomially solvable by the resolution algorithm. It is shown that random formulas with the number of clauses proportional to the square of the number of variables, are polynomially solvable with probability close to unity when the proportionality coefficient exceeds the found threshold.

The behavior of trajectories of a three-dimensional model of an epidemic in a closed environment is considered. The model describes the dynamics of populations of predators and victims, taking into account that predators are infected. The conditions under which the system has internal equilibrium positions are found. Numerically constructed the localizing set for the case of two interior rest points.

Аннотация
Forestimation of derivatives of continuous composite signals described by fragments of algebraic polynomials, an observer with piecewise continuous corrections with saturation is developed. They provide asymptotically accurate differentiation and substantially constrain the spikes of the observer variables at the beginning of transients compared to an observer with conventional linear correction.
