Аннотация
The variability of the parameters of the signal of the pulse the radial artery in a number of diseases assessed, in particular, the early stage of arterial hypertension in childhood and adolescence, mitral valve prolapse, lung cancer. The ratios of the vibrational components of vegetative regulation for various types of diseases revealed. It is shown that the degree of variability depends, in part, on the parameter of the pulse signal studied. In particular, in the detection of arterial hypertension, the greatest variability and diagnostic significance occur in the study of the dicrotic wave of the pulse signal. In this case, the same indicators significantly exceeded when examining the duration of the pulse signal — an analogue of the heart rhythm. The received estimations of variation of parameters of a pulse signal allow form purposefully informative signs at carrying out of differential diagnostics of diseases.

Emergency protection of objects in the process of testing and functioning should respond to a wide range of abnormal situations: malfunctions, which can be eliminated during testing; emergency situations that can be eliminated in the operational mode, or require the shutdown of the process and the elimination of the consequences of the accident; catastrophic situations that require an a priori reaction in order to prevent them. Ensuring technological safety in the testing of the facility and the management system of this facility requires the creation of a set of software and hardware that are united by a single approach that guarantees timely and adequate response to the problem situation with sufficient reliability. In the work, a method for diagnosing this type of process is proposed and tested on the model, which recognizes the initial (preliminary) stage of the catastrophe occurrence under the measurement conditions with the noise component. The possibility of using parallel computations for realizing diagnostics in real time is considered. The algorithms of the information-diagnostic computational complex providing automated control of the tests and operation of the object due to the connection of a complex of mathematical and imitation models of real time are considered. The admissible delay in computation time may be provided by the implementation of the algorithm on a multi-processor computing device.

This study examines the influence of state participation in the ownership structure of companies on their financial efficiency using a sample of 114 largest companies in Russia. As an indirect indicator of efficiency, we used a variety of financial indicators: revenue per employee (gross margin), return on equity, profit margin and debt burden. The effects of direct and indirect state ownership are considered separately. Using econometric analysis, we conclude that the dominance of the block of shares owned by the state has a negative effect on the performance characteristics, and its increase is associated with an increase in the debt burden of the companies. According to our criteria, state-owned enterprises (SOEs) perform worse on average than private companies. The mechanism of how changes in the “real sector” affect profitability is examined particularly closely. The study shows that a change in the profitability of private companies is characterized by a significant dependence on the movement of labor productivity characteristics. At the same time, for SOEs, a similar correlation was not revealed. These companies demonstrated no visible relationship between their profitability and performance characteristics. The study shows that increases in the size of direct government ownership lead to lower labor productivity and profitability; the impact of indirect ownership is, seemingly, more complicated

Аннотация
The issues of software and hardware development are considered of data logging into systems of testing complex objects. The describes the architecture of a system for testing complex scientific-technical objects. In the list of original elements of the concept of building highly reliable, fast-reconfigurable interactive test monitoring and control systems: — using of original technology of representation dynamic parameters of the current process of test management for the process to simplify the process of making reasonable and effective operational decisions; — using of classification analysis algorithms (for determining the periodicity in the study of the rhythmic structure of complex signals) that increase the informative of the parametric estimates obtained; — using of hierarchically detailed 3-D representations to the operator of the state of the control system and the object under test; — using of methods and algorithms for preemptive criterial adaptation for guaranteed preservation of controllability conditions and prevention of abnormal conditions; — using of the method of modeling the process of targeted selection and making decisions on the evaluation of test results, based on a structurally linked set of requirements for the characteristics of the evaluated objects. In the work, some aspects of the development of the interconnection of software and hardware for providing data logging during testing of complex objects, including for diagnosing and forecasting work processes with the purpose of preventing the development of emergency situations, are sketched out.

Аннотация
The paper deals with algorithmic issues of the process of separating periods in the pulsed signal of the radial artery. The periodization algorithm is a set of various procedures for processing an impulse signal that can confidently allocate periods in a signal. It precedes the rest of the analysis stages. The procedures used in the algorithm are described. The expediency of their application is discussed. A block diagram of the developed algorithm for pulsed signal periodization is given. The verification of the developed algorithm was carried out on a representative sample. Several variants of the composite algorithm were implemented. As a result, an algorithm was chosen that combined the statistical algorithm and the corrective procedure — a configurable amplitude sieve. The analysis of the results of the developed algorithm has confirmed the acceptable efficiency of the periodization process for very diverse pulse signals.

At present the scientists who study Mars are looking forward to the seis- mic study of Mars. As a result of preparing for the experiment, the papers in which seismic elds in the Martian interiors due to marsquakes are modeled [1-4]. In studies [5, 6] an attempt to model the distribution of the dissipative factor of Mars Qμ(l) has been made. The periods of free oscillations of a planet are its important physical characteristics. If during the seismic experiment of mission InSight [4] an event with low enough number of oscillation is recorded, the problem of interior structure of the planet and the distribution of the dissipative factor could be signi cantly moved forward.

For Mars there is the only constraint on the distribution of the dissipative factor of the interiors Qμ (l) obtained from observations, this is the secular decelera- tion of its satellite Phobos [1, 2]. In the interiors of Mars, which is dissipative medium, the physical parameters of the problem under consideration: Qμ (l), the shear modulus μ(l) and tidal Love number of the planet k2 depend on fre- quency (the period of Phobos rotation around Mars, T2Ph = 5.55 h =2x104 s, the period of the solar semidiurnal tidal wave T2S = 12 h 19 min » 4.434x104 s). This problem was considered in detail in [3]. The values of the dissipative factor of Martian interiors are discussed from physical point of view in [4], where the distribution Qμ in PREM was taken as a trial one. In this study, in order to better understand this problem, we take some distribution Qμ(l) in the interiors of the Earth up to the depth of l ≤ 670 км as a trial zero approximation, which is adapted to the conditions of Martian interiors. Making selections of a trial distribution of Qμ(l) in Martian interiors, we try to take into account both the data of laboratory experiments and the experience in study of the Earth.

Studying of stress field in the Martian interiors is of interest to understand the level of seismic activity of the planet and to localize zones of possible marsquakes’ sources for forthcoming seismic experiments on Mars. Joint analysis of gravity and topography data in a frame of the static method let us some knowledge on stress eld in the crust and in the lithosphere of Mars. At present detailed data on topography and gravity field are available. In present study numerical calculations of tension-compression stresses and maximum shear stresses are carried out for two trial interior structure models of Mars, with a 1х1 arc-deg spherical grid and up to 1000 km depth.

Аннотация
The paper considers the technique of calculation of steady state pressure and flow distribution of raw gas in gas gathering networks of gas fields, providing a given level of total production from wells and satisfying technological limitations in the form of boundary conditions. Since the group gathering schemes using the internal energy of the gas at the well head are treelike configurations of gas pipelines, the solution of the general problem of choosing a stationary mode is reduced to solving a sequence of one-dimensional nonlinear equations with a monotonic function of an unknown argument by recognized highly efficient methods.

Аннотация
There is a paradox in the model of social dynamics determined by voting in a stochastic environment (the ViSE model) called “pit of losses.” It consists in the fact that a series of democratic decisions may systematically lead the society to the states unacceptable for all the voters. The paper examines how this paradox can be neutralized by the presence in society of a group that votes for its benefit and can regulate the threshold of its claims. We obtain and analyze analytical results characterizing the welfare of the whole society, the group, and the other participants as functions of the said claims threshold.
