The main threats in complex networks for large-scale information systems using web browsers or service browsers are analyzed. The necessary security features for these types of systems are compared. The advantages of systems developed with service-browser technology are shown.

Аннотация
According to the concept of Industry 4.0, the control of energy costs in a large transport corporation should be based on the use of artificial intelligence, the main focus of which is machine learning. It is also necessary to take into account the human factor - the unwanted activity of corporation employees who use information available only to them to achieve their own goals. The article examines the problem of reducing energy costs in a 3-tier transport corporation, which has regional offices, which are subordinate to local enterprises. The plant management knows own abilities of energy savings better than the regional management. Respectively, regional management knows these abilities better than the corporate governance. Therefore, both regional and plant management can manipulate energy expenditures to get more stimuli from the corporate governance. Such unwanted activity can result in excess energy consumption by the corporation. The goal is to minimize the energy costs of the corporation. To achieve this goal, a mechanism for organizational control of energy costs in a 3-tier transport corporation is proposed. This mechanism includes multilevel machine learning and stimulating procedures. Sufficient conditions are found for the synthesis of such a mechanism in which the existing possibilities of reducing energy costs in a transport corporation are used. The advantage of this mechanism over existing methods of learning classification in organizational systems (such as artificial neural networks or self-organizing maps) is to stimulate energy savings. The use of such a mechanism is illustrated by the example of 3-tier control system for energy consumption of JSC Russian Railways.

Аннотация
The paper considers the problem of sustainable provision for traffic maximization and ways to solve it at the stage of large-scale projects preliminary examination for the development of transport infrastructure of international railway corridors. A set of measures to solving the problem is considered. The main attention is focused on ensuring the rhythm and stability of traffic by increasing the capacity of single-track sections of the railway through the optimal placement of sidings on routes with heavy traffic. Description and solution of the problem of conducting a preliminary examination of a large-scale project for the development of transport infrastructure of the international railway corridor is carried out on the example of the project for the reconstruction of the eastern section of the Baikal-Amur mainline of the Russian railway.

Аннотация
The article discusses the problem of political stability of a social system dependent on vital services (such as vaccination during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic). Political stability is assumed to be achieved if society approves of the authorities' actions to increase the supply of these services. However, the possibilities of this supply depend on random factors unknown to society. This can be used by the authorities to achieve their goals, which do not necessarily coincide with the goals of society. Therefore, members of society must learn to recognize and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions of the authorities in the face of uncertainty. This problem is considered on the model of a socio-political system, which includes members of society - pupils, who are trained with the help of an adviser using machine learning procedures. Each pupil evaluates the performance of the politico responsible for providing vital social services. Political stability is guaranteed if each pupil regularly approves of his performance. Politico knows the potential of supply of those services better than the pupil and adviser. Therefore, politico can manipulate the real supply of services to get personal goals. Such unwanted activities of politico can result in decline in this supply. To avoid this, a scoring mechanism is proposed that includes an unsupervised machine learning of adviser, an adviser supervised machine learning of pupil, and the procedure of politico score. Sufficient conditions have been found for the synthesis of such scoring mechanism, at which politico uses all random possibilities of increasing the supply of social services are used. Such scoring mechanism is illustrated on the example of supply of vaccination services against coronavirus (COVID-19) in Northern Ireland.

Public policy is designed to influence society. In turn, members of society - citizens should evaluate this policy so that society can control it. According to the concept of digital society, policy evaluation is based on artificial intelligence solutions, primarily machine learning. In addition, when monitoring politics by society, it is necessary to take into account the human factor. The article discusses theoretical and practical issues that arise when a citizen applies the machine learning procedure to determine alternative evaluations - ratings of a politician. In conditions of uncertainty, it is assumed that this politician knows his ability to meet the needs of society better than the citizen. Using this knowledge, the politician can manipulate own activities in order to get higher ratings today and in the future. Such undesirable activity can lead to the failure to use the available opportunities in which the citizen and society as a whole are interested. To solve this problem in conditions of uncertainty, a mechanism for citizen evaluation of politician is proposed. This mechanism includes the procedure of machine learning of dichotomy and the formation of alternative ratings of a politician. Sufficient conditions have been found for the synthesis of such a mechanism in which a politician fully uses the existing opportunities in the interests of the citizen and society as a whole. The functioning of this mechanism is illustrated by the example of an evaluation of the national policy on vaccination against COVID-19 in the UK. Such a mechanism encourages the politician to use all available opportunities in the public interest. The developed mechanism can be used by any citizen for permanent evaluation of policy using machine self-learning. For this, for example, such mechanism can be implemented as an application on a smart phone.

A specific problem of preliminary calculation of supersonic manoeuvrable aircraft parameters has been considered under conditions of epistemic uncertainty. An itemized optimization algorithm has been implemented that takes into account expert appraisals of uncertain parameters and allows for obtaining the values of technical characteristics of an aircraft being developed with various levels of the degree of confidence in their implementation.

Аннотация
The paper describes a new principle of building autonomous positioning systems for wheeled unmanned platforms when working in industrial premises without the use of inertial sensors, global satellite and local navigation systems. An algorithm for calculating the vector of movement of a transport platform on a plane using odometric and microwave radar sensors is presented. The procedure for controlling movement along a given route between waypoints using circular inserts based on the received data is described.

Аннотация
The paper is devoted to a control science view of attitude change. We can think about it as an ”attitude control”. Here we are interested not in attitude change modeling like ”what will be change of the attitude if we influence on some parameters of the human psychology”. We are interested in control question like ”what can be a control situation in case of control subject knows the human’s attitude change model” and the human knows about subject’s intention to control his attitude. In other words, let psychologists give us model of attitude change, and we concentrate on control problems about attitude: control subject’s goal and possibilities to control, the human’s goal and possible actions, mutual awareness and so on. We state control structure similar to one from organizational control models and append to it strategic thinking model as bounded rationality pattern.
