A fundamentally new approach to the construction of precision methods of temperature control (PMTC) for automated biomedical systems (ABMS) is discussed. This approach removes negative factors of self-heating of sensing elements of temperature sensors. It is based on a method developed at the Institute of Control Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences. The method provides short-pulse location in a thermal semiconductor structure with switching type S-form voltage–current characteristic (Russian Federation patent). The goal of this work was to develop a set of instruments for the solution of fundamental problem of precision thermal monitoring of the human body associated with diagnosis of pathology. Treatment of diseases using methods of interactive biocontrol hyperthermy and chronophysiotherapy is suggested.
