Anisotropic controllers are very effective as robust control problem solutions for colored Gaussian noises. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the external noise driving the system are often unknown; therefore, the controller parameter of the mean anisotropy can be calculated many times. In addition, the synthesis of an anisotropic controller is computationally complex. Therefore, the problem of asymptotic representation of an anisotropic static controller in terms of matrices of another anisotropic controller with a stated upper bound of mean anisotropy is considered in the paper. Solving this problem assists researchers in efficiently identifying the most effective anisotropic controller for a specific plant, thereby saving time. The asymptotic formulae of the anisotropic control and anisotropic norm of the closed-loop system are obtained in terms of the matrices of the studied system, matrices of the known anisotropic controller and the difference between the levels of mean anisotropy.
