Аннотация
The article considers the problem of sustainable development of production in a corporation with regional divisions. A mathematical model of environmental pollution control in such a corporation under random external influences is constructed and studied. In this model, the Owner of the corporation controls production and the pollution associated with it. At the same time, he uses the advice of an environmental protection specialist - the Advisor. The regional division of the corporation is headed by the Head. Local production, managed by the Director, is subordinated to the Head. In addition, the Head can organize additional production by outsourcing. The Owner, the Advisor, and the Head do not know the minimum possible level of pollution associated with local production. Therefore, the Director can manipulate this pollution to obtain a higher class and a corresponding incentive from the Head. In addition, the Owner and Advisor do not know the minimum possible level of pollution associated with regional production. Therefore, the Head can manipulate regional pollution, taking into account outsourcing, to obtain a higher rank and a corresponding incentive from the Owner. A mathematical model of interaction between the Director, the Head, the Owner, and the Advisor under random external influences is constructed. A mechanism for managing corporate production has been developed, in which the Head and Director are interested in reducing pollution within their competence. This mechanism can be used as a basis for building a digital ecosystem for sustainable development of corporate production. As an example, environmental pollution control during servicing of passenger cars of the Russian Railways holding company is considered.
