Аннотация
Abstract — Computer models of the sensitive elements of integrated thermoanemometers for the conversion of information signals in micro-jet technology have been developed: 1) from a thin-film metal resistive material formed inside the channel; 2) from a magnetoresistive material with an inductive element. A comparative analysis of the The sensitive element materials was carried out. Schemes of thermoanemometric measurements with active and passive heating of the heating element are proposed.
