Аннотация
Abstract — Experimental and analytical differential pressure transfer characteristics for various gases, such as helium and carbon dioxide, have been obtained for a microfluidic flow meter based on a seven-stage generator. Based on the results obtained, a specialized application has been finalized to determine the main functional characteristics of microfluidic devices. Added the ability to determine transmission characteristics by various parameters.
